We were in a good location surrounded by lots of restaurants. There was also a bar in the hotel with a nice drink selection.
There were minor issues like stains on the carpet and the bathroom but nothing a few touch up’s couldn’t fix.

Cleaner carpet and hopefully no marijuana smell in the aisles.

location was nice.
the room wasn’t clean, stains on the wall, carpet pulling up in areas, the toilet had poop stains still in it from the people before. pillows weren’t comfortable, and everything was closed inside.

The location was great. The bed was super comfortable!
The landscaping was a little overgrown. Out TV in our room was broken and we were told the maintenance man had left. So we had to pack up everything late at night, and change rooms, it was a bit of an inconvenience.

Would like a call from upper management as soon as possible.
I didn't like the fact that some clientele completely disrespected the property and I'm sure the policy is that are enforced on the property. There were people in the back doing drugs and being extremely loud going in and out of the back door. My final night which was last night I didn't get any sleep due to the fact that somebody was going in and out from 11:00 to 4:30 in the morning with a crying child. I get things happen but the inconsideration and lack of awareness was disappointing. After spending $1,100 I didn't expect to be on a property that ignored drug use and inappropriate behavior. For me as a single female traveler to feel unsafe and not be able to take the closest exit to my room due to the fact that these guests congregated and partied out there multiple nights in a row. Drug use is unacceptable and it's a shame it was tolerated not only by the property but evidently all of the other guests who had to deal with the incessant disruptions, negligent child care and illegal drug use. It seems like behavior that would be tolerated at a seedy motel off the highway not such a nice property like this.
