The location was great, but the room itself was surprisingly subpar for the brand & disappointing!

Close to the airport with a free shuttle to & from the airport. Big room with a big bed.

The bed was old and rutted. It was like sleeping in a hammock, very uncomfortable. It made it very difficult to get any sleep. And, even though I asked for a quiet room on the top floor, they put me in a room below the top floor and, worst of all, close to a busy freeway!! VERY UNSATISFACTORY! Unfortunately I didn’t see the freeway until the next morning, otherwise I would have asked for a different room. The room’s cleanliness was also questionable. I found someone else’s hair in the shower.

A great place to stay for family/friend gatherings

The staff does an AMAZING job of keeping the hotel spotless, from the public bathrooms to the breakfast bar area to the outside seating. The hotel itself is tastefully furnished and appealing. The outside seating with the gas fire pits was delightful for a post dinner gathering! (A hidden gem)

The sofa bed mattress in Room 208 needs replacing badly. The bar is felt right through the mattress! (A young adult that is not heavy slept on it; “kind of slept”as it was uncomfortable)

Def not the cleanest

Location

The dirty comforter I told 3 people about and nothing was done, the fact employees were not at the front desk but talking and being loud with other customers when I needed assistance. Red spots on the kitchen sink.

It wasn’t worth the money

It wasn’t clean I had to ask for a broom and dust pan to sweep the carpet as soon as I checked in. They didn’t have any wash cloths so I had to go to the store and buy wash cloths to bathe

There was a dog that was left in the room next to us that barked all night and morning. Had been left unattended… this was my first vacation that i had in years came to this location for relaxation.

Always count on the Hyatt House

Updated and comfortable facilities. Friendly and professional staff.

Strong trash odor after exiting the 2nd floor elevator. Could have been an isolated problem. We only stayed one night but was greeted by the aroma upon exiting the elevator. However, our room was nice and fresh!

I wish I would have stayed for more days!

I was blown away as soon as I walked through the door! I picked this hotel due to it being one of the best hotels being listed last minute and as soon as I walked through the door, I felt important. The staff was incredibly nice as soon as I went up to the desk and let me know about all the amenities around the hotel. The room was huge and clean. The bed and couch was comfortable - enough that I could lay my head on either and fall asleep fast.

The elevators were a little slow but they ran like any other. I did have a weird experience where I was on it, along with another guest. Even though we both hit our floors, their's were a floor below mine, it cancelled my floor out and I had to select it again. I've never had that happen before but I might have done something as well.

Loved our room - very spacious and everything was clean!!!

The rooms are very small and I had only cold water in the shower and zero pressure. I also didn’t like that there was no one there, check in on a machine and could only reach someone via phone. I like it more personal, especially for this price

Great place for a quick stay

The room was great. Noting to complain about the room. Someone was smoking weed all night and it kept creeping in my room. I don't care if you smoke it, just go outside. Supposed to be smoke free. I think there was a party above me as well because my dogs kept barking in the middle of the night and that is unusual. Other than that the hotel was perfect. Location was great. There was a dog park across the street and my dogs loved it. I was alone and felt very safe.

Location is 3-5 minutes away from RDU It's a really great property with an exceptionally accommodating staff team!

...breakfast was a bit disappointing in my opinion; I've stayed at other Hyatt House properties where the breakfast was pretty good

Close and convenient to Raleigh Airport

Late arrival and greeted warmly. Everything was great.

Next morning, entire smoke alarm going off but they assured us it was a "test"
