Nothing

Staff was excellent. Especially the gentleman that was running the cleaning staff. The room was clean. Value was good. This is an older property so you have to keep that in mind.
The mattress was completely worn out. Other than that the vending selections could have been better and the breakfast was limited.
7.0 / 10.0
Location, indoor pool, fireplace, connecting doors
Showers - not very good water pressure. Luggage trolleys not in good shape and there were only 2; tight parking in the parking garage; breakfast could have more options

Staff were nice and welcoming, place was clean, loved having a balcony and was on the strip, also the pool and hot tub was the perfect touch.. the pool water was the perfect temperature. Can't beat the price, I would recommend
The bathroom was really small, also We brought smores for the fireplace but we were not able to make them, I forget what the sign says for the reason why but it's fine, we still had a good time

Friendly staff
old building and very old furniture. Not impressed with the breakfast room food and on second day the coffee was out. the balcony had to be shares with another stranger and the view was the street that you heard all night long.

Very convenient on the strip in Pigeon Forge, across the way from The old Mill area. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and not crowded at all. My kids loved the free breakfast.
When we got to our room the hot water in the shower didn’t work. However the front office staff switched us to another room with a jacuzzi and fireplace where it did work.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Room and property are old, but clean and comfortable. Does have a good location. Breakfast is served at 8 AM, and we need to get going earlier for hiking, so did not participate.
Late breakfast. Starting at 8 AM to 10 AM.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and freshly mopped when we arrived. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub. I was very happy that it is walking distance to the public transportation station.
The view in our room was of a gas station, the building had some obvious wear and tear, and some of the lights didn't work. Just minor things, though. Nothing to really complain about.

Nothing!
We stayed in room 131. We had NO hot water. Shower did not work. Staff knew about the problem before giving us the room. Told us there was nothing they could do. Refused to give us another room. We could not take a shower during our entire stay. Floor was filthy. Made our feet black. Tub was filthy. Shower curtain was too long and filthy, which really didn’t matter because we couldn’t take a shower anyway without hot water. Breakfast was bad. The absolute worst place I have stayed in Pigeon Forge, and I have stayed at several places. I am very disappointed in Booking.com for rating this hotel as high as it did.

The location
It had dead spiders in bathroom, the balcony had spider webs everywhere. One room smelled of pot. The air conditioner was old and very loud in the one room the cover kept falling off. For over $200 a night I would never stay here again.

The lady at the front desk was very nice.
The room was in terrible shape, there was a bug larvae crawling in the bed with us, the blankets and sheets were stained, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, black mold in the bathroom, cabinet doors missing in the bathroom vanity, flooring pieces missing in the bathroom and there was a spot in the bathroom that would bubble up water out of the floor when you step on it, the coffee pot was extremely old and stained, the microwave had burn marks on the door, there was a Reese’s cup wrapper in between the cushion of the chair, and the room had a completely OVERWHELMING smell of pinesol cleaner in the room when we walked in. It was so bad we had to leave the outside door open for about 5-10 minutes so we could breathe. We were willing to overlook everything until we found the BUG LARVAE CRAWLING in our bed. Maintenance came up to determine if it was a bed bug or not… when I called the front desk the lady was nice but said I don’t have anywhere to move you… I wasn’t concerned with being moved, I just want a refund for my room which has to be approved by the hotel manager through booking.com. So after 11pm and 2 hours from home we had to leave the hotel room. There were no other rooms available anywhere nearby unless they were over $450/night and we had no luck even booking those. So myself, my 8 month pregnant wife, my 14 year old and my 3 year old had to pack up our car and drive all the way back home and completely ruined our weekend and our plans. I still have not heard from the manager regarding the refund or even to apologize about the experience we had. Extremely disappointed in our short lived stay.

Being right below the breakfast room was very loud for a straight 2+ hours beginning at 7:45. Bathroom had many things that needed repair.

Rooms were fairly clean, pool was very clean.
The rooms needed a good deep clean but were satisfactory. The beds were quite uncomfortable. You can hear every bit of road noise from inside the room as well.

I loved the location. Also, I’ve never been to a hotel where every staff member you run into is beyond nice. This will probably be our go to hotel when we go there for now on.
Loved everything nothing I can say bad about the property.

loved our fireplace and jacuzzi in our room and loved that we could walk outside and smoke on the property, they’re smoking areas, loved the breakfast and indoor pool In January
we did see a roach but I notified the front desk and they came and sprayed right then and we didn’t see anymore, I don’t think it came from the hotel. I think a guest brought it with them bc it was little

needs some TLC!! could have been cleaner

Excellent location. I don’t like to be “in the heart of the mix” of people so it was far enough out of that for me but still close to everything. Loved the fire pit right outside of our room!
Elevator was broken😥. Didn’t really bother me much but would have been convenient for taking suitcases to the room. Would have made it much more convenient for an elderly person.
