It was in a good location and easily accessible. Staff was great.
Floors were dirty and sticky. Rooms are not a nice as pictures. They had permanent residents staying and hanging out on the property with their doors wide open.

Location
Everything else the pictures are nothing like the hotel it was dirty , blood on the walls. People living there kept us up all night and were drinking . The ceiling above the shower leaked dirty water I hope it was water .The upstairs ac leaked water and made a big puddle in front of our door. The beds are hard . Pillow case and were dingy .

It was conveniently located on the main strip in Pigeon Forge making it easy to get to everything
The room was disgusting. The floor was sticky and bedding was far from clean. My wife and I went to Walmart and bought our own sheets to put on the beds. When we checked in they gave us a room key and when we entered the first room we found the cleaning lady’s kids playing in what was supposed to be a “clean” room. They gave us a different room and although there weren’t kids playing in it, I still wouldn’t call it clean. The staff seemed annoyed with me when I came to tell them that there were kids in the room they gave me.

The location
The outside looked good but they need to update the inside. Burn holes in the comforters, blue wash clothes, but had white towels. Stains on the white towels. Our refrigerator leaked. Checked in & walked into a big puddle of water in the floor. Maintenance came but said the refrigerator door had probably been left open but it leaked water onto the floor all night. The bed was very uncomfortable. Not good water pressure for the shower & took forever for the hot water to heat up.The outside had been freshly painted but the inside was just bad.
