Great location for a quick vacation

Hôtel très agréable

Hotel très agréable, chambres spacieuses et suite avec 2 couchages bien séparés. Belle vue sur la marina, bon restaurant et jacuzzi.

Aucune possibilité de garer la voiture à l'extérieur pendant la nuit, obligation de payer une place de parking dans l'hôtel à 16 usd/nuit.

Lovely hotel, we will return!

Very poor

Friendly staff

Room had sewer smell. Moved to another room with rollaway to accommodate everyone. Rollaway had a bed bug and pubic hair and crumbs.

Good hotel, but needs an update.

Great location, large room, comfortable bed, was able to check in early. Standard room had a partial view of the bay and marina which was awesome! Appreciated that. All staff was great!

Large room had room for a couch. No where to sit or open your suitcase. Couch would have been perfect. No ice machines. Had to go to the bar anytime we needed ice. Could use an update. Carpets are dirty in hallway and in the room. Shower could use a hand held attachment. Most hotels have them. Parking was more expensive than other hotels on Shelter Island. Lots of bugs flying around in the room when we got there. Don't remember it ever being that bad before. We had to purchase a fly scatter and be careful when opening and closing the patio door. For almost $1000 for 3 nights, there are a lot of updates that need to be done.

Staying at the Bay Club was like a break from reality, and that's coming from us local San Diegans.

First and foremost was the cleanliness, It s was great and the room was comfortable. We had the marina view and it was nice at nice to see all of the boats right out our window. It was a great break from reality. The room service was great and quick. We ended up lounging all day instead of going out due to the intense relaxation the room gave us and the beds...comfy!! I cant wait for our next stay.

The shampoo in the shower was watery like it wasn't filled up or checked by room service. Luckily, I had some travel shampoo but it wasn't nearly enough for my hair. The conditioner was watery at first then thickened up so that was the saving grace of my shower. If house keeping just pumped it once or twice and seen that it is watery they can address it.

Great stay for a weekend trip

The room was incredibly spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable, making it for a perfect end-of-the-day treat after all the walking we did in the city. The room faced the marina and got great light. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The location is quite good, because it is in an area that feels safe, it is relatively quiet, and it has several good restaurants walking distance.

We mentioned in our booking that we were traveling for a celebration and this was not acknowledged (in either words, at the very least, or actions). The room faced the marina, but it was a corner room, where the balcony is so small that the door can't even open without hitting the one chair that was placed there.

it was OK but for the money I could’ve spent somewhere else

it was on the marina. Beautiful views.

this hotel dated an old. The elevator was not working. The carpet was dingy.

convenient location

it was located next to a wedding we were attending. the hotel is dated but our stay was still comfortable and rooms were clean. staff were very friendly.

the parking lot in the front is extremely compact and small. park in the parking garage, the spots are way too small in the front especially if you drive a truck/SUV.

Very good

Super friendly staff, great location with wonderful restaurants and coffee shops on Shelter Island.. Great area for walking, jogging, and relaxing. The room was spacious and the mattress was excellent.

I was expecting the room to face the Marina. Instead, it was facing the parking lot, and the patio was on the shaded side of the hotel. Other than that, I enjoyed .y stay.
