Poland, we would not stay in such a hotel.

All we liked about the hotel was the friendly staff.

The accommodation is very bad near the railway. I wanted silence, but it wasn’t there. I didn’t like the quality of the bed; the bed material was uncomfortable. Unpleasant smell of old carpet in the corridor. Unpleasant view from the window. When we arrived, we couldn’t turn on the light for a long time because the switch didn’t work properly. It is clear that the bath and toilet require renovation. Paid parking. Breakfast was initially paid for, but during breakfast we were given a bill. Poor noisy location of the hotel, unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfortable

A light shined in my room all night. The curtain does not close. The whole hotel had a very bad smell like mildew as you walk through to get to your room. The elevator malfunctioned twice. I was disappointed with my stay compared to when I stayed at The Hilton in LA.

Great opportunity to connect with old friends

I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but we loved the location. Davis has a small, easily walked downtown, and we were able to see all of it on foot from the hotel.

My stay was ok with a couple of inconveniences, but your staff was very friendly and that was nice.

I didn’t know there was breakfast at this location. I wasn’t told about it.

Elevator didn’t work and I was in 3rd floor. No shampoo or conditioner.

Staff was pleasant.

All elevators were broken, the phones didn't work, our room upon check-in was not clean (previous guests shirt was in the roll out couch/bed that was not made, hair all over the floor of the bathroom)our AC stopped working on the 2nd day, and a train was close to the property that kept going by frequently..

Is this a Hilton? No kidding.....

Freshly baked waffle @breakfast is good!

Air conditioner was out of order and a mistaken bill and so on. I asked again and again but no reply.

welcoming staff. Good downtown location.

Broken elevator, never got fixed. Had to go up back stairwell. staff helped carry bags, but then we felt obligated to tip.

perfect location

bed was bot really comfortable. carpet inside room was very dirty when we checked in there was an issue with the room rate, it was higher than what was closed via booking.com. the staff corrected it on the spot but it wasn’t a nice experience.

it’s an old set of buildings that are renovated. everything is not upgraded - room heating and cooling, elevator, exterior.

I was never made aware that my room would not be what I booked. I booked a king suite and was given a double bed. I do not appreciate paying for something and receiving something completely different. No one reached out to let me know of such a change.

-elevator not working -outside doors to our apartment style building locks were broken apparently for over two months meaning anyone at any time could walk in and out of the building.
