Decently well kept
I was charged 3 times and got put in loops about getting it resolved. $187 just gone out of no where. Do not pay through booking. Just pay at the property.

Staff was very nice and helpful
Breakfast was kinda skimpy

Guest service was excellent, and the rooms were nice and clean.

Girl at front desk was nice and gave me a toothbrush/paste since my bags were lost in airport that night. Bathroom clean.
Beds uncomfortable. Can feel the coils and the center was dipping inwards. Linens were stained with brown spots, bleach spots, tears, rips. Curtains had holes in them.
Floor felt soiled.
Could hear the music of the neighbors and lots of stomping from above.
I actually didn't really feel safe.

Good location close to Denver Airport but very expensive. Close to a UNO Deep Dish Pizza.
No breakfast.

breakfast was ok
no wake up call. nearly missed flight. Parking lot was clear of snow but handicap spaces where covered in ice, no salt to dissolve it was applied. Safety hazard. However and this is the irony of it, there was NO ice in the facility for drinks. A-A-A-H-H-H-H

Miranda at the front desk was super nice and helpful!
The distance from the airport

Near the airport, but booking offers a free shuttle that doesn't exist. I booked only for that reason since im a cancer patient with difficulties to walk.
No shuttle and not responsibility taken for offering what they don't have. Just blame booking for putting services that they don't offer and even laugh saying "they say we have shuttle and we don't, even a swimming pool that we don't have
We don't know what booking continues putting that".
The bedroom was clean but cold. I asked an extra blanket but they didn't have it. Instead, they offered me a think that it's used for covering the mattress as an extra blanket.

The woman who checked me in was great. I was grumpy and tired and cold and she was so knowledgeable about the food and alcohol options around. She was really sweet. pay these people more.
the room was small and the ice machine was far away and really loud

The location was perfect, and the staff were really helpful and nice.

We got bed bug bites . Front desk lady said someone would call us and they never did

Expected more...maybe something hot like eggs or English muffins
the rugs certainly need replacing and shower and bathroom need upgrade

It's close enough to Denver and the airport. Water pressure was decent and the temperature was perfect.
There was probably one in the community breakfast area/lobby, but a microwave would've been nice in the room. Check in took a bit longer than expected. Security deposit of 50 by card or 150 in cash would've been nice to know upon booking. Lots of light switches in the room, but nothing too crazy; just couldn't reach the switch from the bed.
