Utter dump

I survived.

This facility is the last stop before homelessness for many unfortunate souls. That said, it is not appropriate for the business traveler.

Horrible place. Take it off your listings

The place was filthy

Room and bathroom were dirty. Lamps were barely hanging from the walls and the tv didn’t work

It is very convenient and next to the train station to for me to travel to work.

Had there been an employee to check me in upon my arrival. However, after booking my stay, driving over an hour to the hotel I was greated by a locked door and wasted over an hour attempting to contact the establishment to be checked in.

Overall it was good.

Friendly staff

We were locked out but weren’t checking out until the next day. We were visiting family and got back late and couldn’t get in. However, it took only 5 minutes for staff to respond and let us in.

Did not end up staying.

I liked that they have me the option to look at the room before running my card. But that also raised some red flags for me.

I looked at two rooms and both smelled like smoke and one also had water on the ground from a refrigerator leak. The area just seemed run down and I didn't feel safe or comfortable. I didn't end up staying there.

Some of the male staff where very rude and condescending! The young lady was very professional and helpful!

I like the location always!

There were bags of trash by the stairs. My room 266 had no numbers visible. All most like I was put in the worst room possible! Trash was all in front of the room door! There were clothing items left in the room!

A very unpleasant stay

Allowed late check in

The room was noisy we could hear people next door and upstairs all night and couldn't sleep. It took a long time to get towels when we asked. The floor was dirty when we checked in

they were oversold and didn’t have the room we asked for. Staff tries but he’s isn’t seem to have the training to help us.

The manager

The air conditioner was working and the whole front fell off. The cupboards look like someone beat on them. The was no light bulb in the lamp by the bed. There was someone playing loud music and smoking weed in the parking lot outside my door

Don't expect much. You pay for what you get. The staff are really the gems of this hotel!

The staff was really awesome. $25 a night for my cat I feel was reasonable, however please see my notes in what I didn't like.

The first day there was NO hot water, til i donno 4pm? Someone different came to my room EVERYDAY saying the room was marked as vacant and altho they said they would fix it the next day a new person would come interrupt my day again with the same inquiry. One day I was fresh out of the shower when someone actually opened my door! Good thing I had the weird latch thing up. I also discovered they didn't have me down for having a pet. If that lady got in what if my cat would have escaped? I was naked, I couldn't go running after him! Then there was the kitchen light that took two days to fix and idk 6 hours of waiting? I notified the office the light was out. Maintenance came by and let me know he had to order the lights and he would be back the next day. I ran an errand in the morning but returned at 2pm. I saw Maintenance who said he'd be right back to fix my light. At 6pm, after waiting 4 hours I called the office, the Maintenance guy left at 5pm but no one bothered to tell me. He did make it to my room the following. Morning at 9am. Lastly, the counters and night stand were sticky.

This property was absolutely awful and nothing like the pictures posted online..

Room was run down and very dirty. Stove looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned. Smoke alarm was in pieces in a drawer. It was bad all around. At least we had running water.

Location and the front desk people are awesome

Dirty room. I has to go and pick up cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and kitchen. Sprayed everything with lysol.
