Very nice, convenient location

I loved the breakfasts. The bed was very comfortable. I liked being on the ground floor without asking .

I was disappointed

I liked my remodeled room.

I booked at Hampton inn because I’ve had good experiences in the past. When I arrived the hotel was under construction. I told the girl at the desk that and she asked if I wanted to cancel. I came a day early to relax by the pool before orientation. Needless to say, that was not the case. I feel like I should have been informed, especially for the price.

The facility’s itself was fine. It was very clean. Staff not good.

The room was very clean. I think I had one of the updated rooms.

Construction and drilling all day. It was very loud. At one point it sounded like they were drilling and something fell and hit the wall behind my head. Front desk employee was rude. Very smirky unpleasant attitude.

We liked the location and have stayed here before, we think it should be manditory all hotels should let’s guest know the pool is closed but mostly let guest know they are under construction with limited parking we used Priceline for our booking and will never again the people we talked to for Priceline (after we experienced a problem) doesn’t speak clear English

Comfortable room and beds. Good location for Groome pick up. Nice, helpful staff. Good breakfast, you can make fresh, hot waffles yourself!

Passable

I did not like having to unstop the toilet almost every time we flushed it. Paying $250/night with poor plumbing and the desk clerk only offering a plunger for me to solve the problem. A comped night or at least another room would have been a nice gesture. We were in 314 Thursday 4/20/2023 - Saturday 4/22/2023.

Only that I was with friends.

Room was noisy all night with what sounded like water rushing under walls. Happened every few minutes.

Great quick stay

The linens and bed work extremely clean. The front desk lady was the nicest Absolutely welcoming and friendly.

The location was so so vacant dilapidated buildings around it, definitely felt like I had to make sure everything was out of the car and locked with the people that were hanging around that area. But other than that it was great.

enjoyed the stay, I didn’t enjoy my room Le being deactivated before 12:00 or 1pm

I like the location it is central to Starbucks, shopping and restaurants.

I didn’t like the 4 pm checking time. I believe if the room is available at an earlier time then checking should be permitted. the reason for this is the front desk cut my key off at 11 am the day I checked out!!! check our is 12:00pm. I went to load my car and found out the key was not working. I had to walk around the building to get back in and the front desk clerk said it’s already 11:00!!! she activated my key only to find it worked one time and was deactivated again. I hope the Management team can see the frustration it’s unnecessary to deactivate the key when it’s not Time. whatever happened to Good Customer Service. it only exists at Chick-fil-A!!!!!

We would definitely stay there again! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Great stay!

It’s an older Hampton, but it was clean and the room was great! Just as nice as a newer property.

Wasn’t too impressed with the breakfast.

Would have been great if they had moved me to another room at first when I discovered the problem.

he room was quiet.

Light bulb in bathroom above sink was burned out which I realized within 5 minutes after check in. Front desk said that if I could put up with it for the first night it would be replaced in the morning as there were no other available rooms. When I returned around 6pm the next day it had not been replaced. They claimed that the sheet of paper that they wrote the problem on had been accidently trashed. The sink area was too dark to even shave. Might not sound like too much of an inconvenience but was unnecessary.

Some great staff, great breakfast, clean and no sleep!!

The lady working the front desk on the evening shift was really wonderful!! She was friendly and very helpful!! The Breakfast was good and there was a good variety. The bed was comfortable. The location was easy to get in and out.

The lady working the front in the mornings was less than friendly. She seemed to have an attitude. I am from the country and was unable to sleep due to the noise of traffic and sirens. The pillows were not comfortable.
