Our visit was very comfortable

We got there at midnight and nobody at desk. 10 minutes later she showed up. System was down. She gave us our room anyway. Went back to desk at 6:15am and again at 7 am to sign paper, again nobody at desk. Don’t know where employees were

Disappointing

Price

Took a long while for an attendant to come to counter at check-in. Only came out from behind a closed door after I called the property on my cell phone while standing at the desk. He then told me that I could only stay if I had cash because their credit card machine was down. It took several minutes and firm argument from me to convince him that I should be given my room key as my card was on file from the online booking and their equipment issue should not mean I am stranded with no room to stay in.

Just location was good close to UGA where I had my meeting at classic center

The room didn’t have no lights and bulbs were missing from the night stands, called front desk, they promised to send someone to fix it but no one showed up 3 nights with no lights Dark 🤨 Also breakfast area no tables or chairs, no breakfast fast only coffe some oranges , apple juice, pancake but No pancake dough 😂, no elevator, stairs area smells so bad, I will no longer book there and I don’t recommend anyone to book.

It was a horrible hotel.

The location near was near our daughter. The bed was comfy and the shower head was nice.

The toilet seat was not screwed on and kept falling off. The front desk person did not speak. We didn’t realize there was not an elevator. They took the “breakfast” up extremely early. There were no napkins in the lobby. The whole hotel was very shady.

We stayed there previously and had good experience but this time was much different. Dead bugs in bathroom and sheets were gross

had a slight problem with house keeping on the second day. they just missed my room altogether. But staff saw to it that I had Clean towels and the trash was emptied out

my stay overall was blah. the usual amenities were unavailable in my room

nothing honestly

there was no microwave, iron, coffee pot nor hairdryer in the room so that was terrible, mot to mention the card reader did work so I had to go and get cash after traveling for several hours and walk up stairs because there’s no elevator

Not really for me.

The location was good for event at Classic center.

I did not realize this was and extended stay hotel. I stayed at microtels before, but this hotel appears for college students and not parents. No elevator to second floor. No extra towels for more than one day and no refrigerator in room. Floor could have been mopped.

Not if you have another option

A room was available when another booking fell through. It was nice to be near a Target

No coffee pot. No closet just a tiny rod to hang a couple hangers. No towel racks in the bathroom. No hair dryer. No microwave or mini fridge. Two beds and a bathroom with a sticky floor. Not a good spot if you need anything more than an overnight place to sleep. Surly, indifferent staff who often didn't even say hi. The only time someone was pleasant and warm was when we checked out.
