Liked how close to Proctor’s Theater. Used treadmill and pool. Staff very nice.
Breakfast should absolutely not run out by 9:30 if it goes until 10. No roasted potatoes, no more omelettes, only 1 waffle maker, empty pastry trays- unacceptable.

The pool are could use some updating, and I don’t think they clean pool room every night as floors look like they could be swept, gov of hair by hot tub that was there both nights, uck

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The A/C was set to 65 degrees when we entered the room. This is absurdly cold and very wasteful of energy! We were unable to adjust the thermostat. This was quite disappointing.

Parking wasn’t great.

central location
the room and hotel was extremely hot. The room thermostat didn’t work and once we turned down the heat it would heat up within the hour. the room price was expensive for a Friday night in February and the amount they charged for a pet was almost as expensive as the room!

We went to see Van Gogh and it was close, so that was good. we could walk to a restaurant so again, good. People were friendly.
The bathroom Shower head had black mold, all the crevices had mildew. There was a silver fish bug on the floor in there. The rooms heater was wonky. Pool area had no towels. Just not the cleanest.

Breakfast was great- I’ve never had such a buffet at a hotel before. There were multiple flavors of waffle batter to make fresh, multiple flavors of syrup! Gluten free bread was even very good. The lady servicing the buffet deserves special recognition for the cleanliness and care she provided.

I loved the location, the big breakfast room with teas and coffee, employees were nice, and the rooms looked great! The coffee cups had an illustrated mustache or lip on them and I thought they were super cute!!!! Gave them personality lol
It’s in a downtown area so you can walk to a lot of nice little shops and there are some parks nearby too, but a larger park by a river is on the other side of a bridge, but it’s not a far drive!
Would absolutely loooove to stay here again!! thank you for having us!!
