When I stay, I will definitely write it about three or four toilet didn’t work at all. Tubs weren’t cleaned. Didn’t bath

There was easy access to food places, and also gas stations. The bed was comfortable as well.

Debris in showers, not properly clean the safety mechanism feeling as if you’re a solo traveler being placed on the first floor I would think about that as far as the staff and the toilet didn’t work at all

Check in took extremely long, and to get onto the free shuttle it took about 45 minutes just to pick us up from the airport. And it claims it’s 24/7 but some hours aren’t available.

Horrible service

Called a couple of days before to book our room an extra night, when we got to the hotel they told me they were booked and I could only stay one night. We went down 3 different times for help to connect to wifi and was unsuccessful and to top it off there was a doggy daycare next door so no peace what so ever. Fighting now for a refund being we stayed in the room 20 minutes. Staff is rude and disappears from the front desk. Would NEVER book a room here ever again!!

Fair price and decent stay.

The breakfast was good. Nothing cooked, but they did have waffles you could make. There was brewed coffee, which was a plus. Sonya was super kind and helpful. The other staff were a little less professional, but still nice. Overall it was a good stay and about 10 minutes outside of the airport.

There was a stray dog in the lobby the first night I stayed there that followed me out of the hotel and right into my taxi. Gave my driver a fright. The disinfectant smell was super strong and kept me up the first time I slept there. It's pervasive in all of the hotels.

Good option if needing to be close to the airport

We just had a 1 night stop-over so needed to be close to the airport so it served it's purpose.

Breakfast was pretty average, the waffle batter didn't taste good at all but they had cereal, toast & muffins.

It sucked

I asked for a wake up call,didn’t happen.the room key didn’t work,the shuttle service almost had a accident going to motel,he was texting while driving.the room was clean,but everything was old ,shower had cracked floor. The room was loud,people on the floor were drinking and partying.I will never stay with you again.

Above expectations, will stay there again.

The breakfast was nice, the room looked great, all seemed OK. The resolution to one of my concers, (below) was off the charts special.

The TV did not work, although it was late and I neded sleep, that would have been nice. Also, the Shuttle, whch was the main reason I booked that Sleep Inn, left without me twice. I got a little upset and the gentleman working, both late at night and early called what I thought was a cab. I started imagining a 50 dollar cab ride, even as I was sharing it with another guy that also had been left behind by one of the Shuttle drivers. As we made the very short trip to IAH, the airport, the dude dropped us off and we both realized the gentleman at the hotel desk had simply booked an Uber. Wow, in retrospect., I was embarrassed for reacting the way that I had back at the hotel lobby. CLASSY.

Location near the airport, shuttle included, there’s a jack in the box right next door, clean room

Staff was very friendly!!

It was too noisy so I couldn't sleep. You hear the street all night. It is also beneath a dog care, but they are at least quiet late at night. Sheets and towels were very old with holes inside. No drinkingwater in the room. Breakfast wasn't good. Coffee was empty. Not a lot choice. Waffles to prepare by yourself, but Taste was weird.

The location was great, very close to the airport just in case you have to travel and need to saty close. The room was very clean! Unfourtanetely the breakfast at 8:20 am in the morning was almost finished and nothing else were added, even no personal helping with it were there.

If you have somebody helping in the area of breakfast could be better. Or Probably you can help more if you sell breakfast with more options and well served.

Breakfast was very limited. only had waffles and juices. Definitely the most limited breakfast in the area. Stayed at cheaper hotel nearby and they had lot more options to offer. Also they are so busy the rooms are not being cleaned and my first room was filthy so was given another one.

Nice and big rooms, the girl who’d checked us in was amazingly nice.

bathroom needs upgrades, breakfast quality is low and options are insufficient.
