With no ice or bed side lamps & weak wifi, probably wont stay here next time I come through Buffalo,

It was OK for a Budget Inn. Small rooms but clean. Bathroom was newer-ish and furnishings were in pretty good shape. Had mini fridge and small microwave. AC worked well and TV reception was good.

The place would have been worth the $100 I paid except they had no ice, I was in a room next to office and barely got 1 bar on the wifi and kept getting knocked off. They had no bed side lamps. Just a bright celing light so you couldn't read in bed. Cant understand why they would not go buy some $5.00 lamps. No coffee maker.

There were flies everywhere I went to get food came back and the entire room was filled with them. Had to leave after 2 hrs bc Noone was at the front desk to assist me

Superb

Nice price. Not too far from freeway(s) or Buffalo downtown. Perfect in between spot for Buffalo and Niagara Falls.

Some of the furniture showed its age (patches of leather were flaked off).

It was great value and the staff were nice, room was comfy for my 1-day stay

This was the best price I could find in Buffalo and honestly the room was nice. I had great sleep here, recharged to keep going on my travel journey.

Obviously the room is not spotless, it's just a motel

It was shelter and a place to shower.

The location is where we needed to be. This was a temporary stay, as we transferred to a nice hotel on Sunday, which ended up being cheaper than the Budget Inn.

They said it was a smoke-free room, which it wasn't. The cigarette smell was strong. Then they said it smelled like smoke because the people on both sides of us smoke. My rags at home are better than the flimsy towels that were given to us. The air conditioner grinds loudly making it difficult to sleep. The rooms are outdated but that's what is expected at a budget motel.

Motel could use some updates. Overall, it was okay. It served its purpose.

Reasonably priced, and staff was responsive to most requests.

Staff would not replace stained mattress cover which clearly needed to be disposed of, staff is not 24-7 (but understandable during these times), and people arguing and fighting. I ended up using extra sheets and buying a throw blanket, sanitizing spray, wipes, etc... Back of motel needs to be cleared or cleaned up; it looks like a junkyard. Comments were provided in a photo submitted.

Best price in the area. Although room was adequate (?) (🤨), Likely would not stay there again.

Comparative cost ok for the area. Relatively clean. Parking available right in front of the room.

Old budget motel that was well worn. Room not cleaned nor made up prior to the last night there (4 nite stay). Room towels so worn no longer white. Old furniture and well worn. No availability to change the reservation after several hours or the entire deposit would be forfeit so no schedule flexibility at all.

Very Disappointing.

Location

My reservation was for 2 night but we only stayed 1 night because the room was very disappointing. The bed sheets were not clean from prior guest, it had yellow stains and hair on them. Their was a leakage in the bathroom and the room had spider. It seemed the previous guest smoked, so their was smoke smell everywhere. When I booked my room, it was for a smoke free room. I have previously stayed in Budget Inn, but not sure if I will do that going forward.
