Nice, clean. Like how they renovated an old eyesore. Front desk/staff could use some help.

Breakfast was good. Place felt clean.

Amenities & staff seem very bare-bones. They don't have any pack-n-plays so I asked for some blankets for our 2nd child and after a long wait they gave me one thin blanket. Elevators are slowest i've seen in a while. Both times i was at the front desk had to wait a while until someone showed up.

My husband & I had a great time while in Niagara Falls and the hotel was in the perfect spot.

The breakfast options were good. I enjoyed having this option as opposed to going out to eat.

Understaffed and service was very bad, room cleaning takes place every 4 days and they accepted over booking and were unable to service the guests. Breakfast is very bad, most items were running low and whatever available was tasting very bad

They need to improve their service and provide basic items in the room.

The room is big.

They don’t provide the basic item for the room. Everything I have to asked for it. So most of the things I didn’t ask for because how many things I can ask for. Breakfast also not good.

Family visit to Niagara Falls. The hotel was ok taking into account we were out most of the time.

Room was ok. The hotel did not seem crowded though quite full.

The breakfast was very basic. The staff couldn’t manage the morning ours, thus coffee, milk and other things were not refilled on time. Therefore to have a breakfast people needed to make few runs and wait just for the refill. The staff was helpful when asked, but not proactive at all.

the food in the restaurant in the hotel is pretty expensive. Also, in our room where you put your luggage there was no lighting. i had to use my phone flashlight to see in my luggage.

A family friendly stay with great amenities.

The staff were super friendly and our room was very clean and spacious. The rooftop bar and pool were super fun and the breakfast was awesome.

It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, but the rooftop restaurant really helped make that a nonissue.

Superb

My room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

People staying on the third floor were very noisy and kept us from sleeping as we wanted.
