Convenient to main roads and close to shopping for food for your kitchen. Super quiet. Super comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Friendly and helpful front end staff.

We did a late check in and no one was there to greet us and check us in in person. We had to use a kiosk to get our key and finding to lock box was confusing. Very impersonal.

They canceled last minute due to a "Maintenance emergency" and all they told me when canceling was " we dis not charge your card and you will not be charged the penalty fee" what the hell? This was my daughter's birthday and I was given a number and told the residence in had an opening. I called and it was 2 times as much and without a pool. I am disgusted.

The room is large enough for the amenities. Easy to get to from the welcome desk.

The welcome desk is not obviously marked. The room was not up to minimum cleanliness. The rug was not fully vacuumed and the kitchen and bathroom floors were not sweep or mopped. For the rest, everything white was clean. The directions for Google maps from Booking.com took me to the Residence Inn.

Room reeked of cigarette smoke from either room next door or Ac unit pulling it in from people standing outside doorways smoking.

The little kitchenette was a good size.

The ac leaked so bad that most of the rug was completely soaked. You could hear your shoes squish when you walked. I told the staff and the handyman never showed up. And wasn't given any kind of discount.

The rooms carpet worn stained and torn. Couch was also stained and had several rips. Did not feel it was properly cleaned. Two out of three fire protectors were not attached to the ceiling properly and we’re hanging by they wires.
