Great stay overall. Place was clean and beds were comfy.

We liked how clean the place was, maybe because it was newly renovated. And the housekeeping services were done every other day as stated. Just a bummer that breakfast was not served for free, and 18 bucks per person is a bit steep, considering they serve the same food as any other inns. And free coffee is only served during breakfast time, otherwise you’d have to pay for them. But our stay was great otherwise. Room temp was easily set/adjusted, water pressure and temp was good.

Just the lack of free breakfast and coffee served all day.

Pleasant.

Unfortunately, we didn't get the opportunity to have breakfast because of an early flight. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I emailed the facility twice (at the time of the reservation and then the week before) to see if we could possibly check in a little earlier because we had a 4pm event to attend, (about a 20 minute uber ride from the hotel). I didn't get a response either time. When we arrive at the hotel from the airport (at approximately 1:40pm on a Tuesday) I explained the situation again to the clerk at the desk but she immediately said we'd have to wait until 3pm. I was disappointed that a little more effort wasn't put into trying to help us. We sat in the empty lobby and waited. At 2:30, the clerk waved me over to the desk and said we could go to our room. While I definitely appreciated the extra half hour, a little more accommodation would have been appreciated.

Not worth the price or the hassel

I rented this room for the pool and when we got here, they told us that the pool has been closed for months and they have asked the site to remove it from their website but they didn’t. So, my child didn’t get to swim which was one of the things we were looking forward to. Also our room smelled like chlorine despite the closed pool! So disappointing!

We went on a business trip that the location was only 10 minutes away. The stay was reasonably price

The bed and pillows were so fluffy and comfortable. Very clean facilities.

10/10! I would definitely come back!

I love the designs and the modern look of the lobby. The outside is very misleading, in a good way. I also liked the bold colors that were chosen for the inside.

There was a lot of dog poop outside in the parking lot…and the lines in the lot were also kinda faded.

We would stay again and we love that Cracker Barrel is across the street!

This was our second time staying there but this time it was just renovated. Very nice! We would stay again.

The pillows are terrible! In our room the bathroom fan ran 24/7 we couldnt switch it off. It was loud fir sleeping.

Night staff was great but probably wouldn't return.

The night staff was awesome ! Gave us some information on surrounding things we could go do.

We got in around 11:15pm. on Friday . When we got to our room unpacked and relaxed, my wife noticed the toilet didn't flush and there was no cold water. Cold water didn't concern us as of then. However, my wife is 6 months pregnant, so first thing in the morning, we let the day staff know the issue around 9 am told her we would be out all day and she said she would have maintenance look at it. We got back around 10 pm atill no working toilet. I went down and spoke to the same woman who was super helpful from our check in night and explained that my wife is 6 months pregnant and what we had told the day staff, she apologized explained they had no maintenance on the weekends for that type of issue and moved our room, we thought we were set. Got into the new room, flushed the toilet, and thought all was good... until the toilet stopped working after that flush. I went back down and explained how the toilet worked for one flush and now is not working again. She came to the room, checked it out, and relocated us for the 3rd and final time ! All in all, thank you to the night staff. I wish I could remember her name because she was amazing.

My one night stay was ok. Hotel will be nice when renovation is completed.

I like the location, car is needed. Hotel is newly renovated, almost finished. I had a renovated room, large.

Would have been nice to have breakfast, but understand why. No breakfast available, no amenities available. no coffee making machine, but some supplies. Hot water pressure low.

First time here. Definitely not the last.

Wonderful location close enough to almost all of the attractions in the Boston/Salem area and yet not a congested area that feels too busy once you're ready to call it a night. Not much in the way of nightlife around it if that's what you're looking for, but as a better priced stay than downtown or elsewhere, this is a great choice. The night staff Melissa and Nate were both exceptional in both their professionalism and their all around kindness to us as it was our first time in Massachusetts. The next time we spend time there, we're definitely staying here again

They're currently renovating the building. This meant no pool or lobby breakfast area. That's not a slight to them, that will obviously be fixed once the project is done. I'm sure it'll be even better than what we actually had. Other than that, the only actual dislike we had was the shower water pressure just wasn't that great. But hell, that's just being picky if that's all we have to complain about I guess.

Very disappointing

The bed was comfortable.

The hotel was filthy. All of the floors were stained. The elevator had garbage on floor as well as dirty walls. There were posters all over for a pool but the pool was closed !!!!! The bathroom had a 1/2 used lotion bottle left for us. Had to give 24 hour advance for room cleaning. Not enough towels. No handtowels & 1 washcloth. People smoking just outside front door. No one wore a uniform. I could not tell who was working.

Not meet the standard and the price, bad experience

Room was clean and good temperature

Room did not have cold water just extremely hot water, in the hallway was humid/ac did not work at all. The worst part was that I was double charge if I didn’t check my bank account, I definitely not noticed. What a move.

Nicest room ever!

Room was brand new, like a showroom model. New Carpet, microwave, refrigerator, shower, bathroom, all fixtures and furniture and everything. Best room we've ever stayed in.

Under renovation so still waiting for some items but room was gorgeous.

Adequate with the potential for being solidly good.

The pillows were amazing. The room overall was good. The AC was very responsive to temperature settings which was good.

The bed was a little lumpy. The fridge wasn’t leveled properly so it tipped by like 2-3 inches whenever we touched it. The AC was incredibly loud.

Hotel was under construction and that was not shared prior to. Housekeeping never came to the room. Wash cloths and towels were not available 2 out of 4 days. The water pressure in the shower was horrible.

There was construction going on outside very early in the morning as well as a fire alarm going off due to the construction, they should not have been having guests during that time. There was a flat on the fourth floor by the ice machine. It was terrible and unsanitary.

I didn’t like how there was no ventilation in the bathroom, and was very unhappy about Not even being notified about the fire alarm. I had to call the front desk.

Exceptional

at the time of checkin I was charged a fee of 90 dollars saying that it would return to my account and it was not refunded, I made the complaint said that it would return to my account on Thursday and so far nothing to return already and the second time they charge me a too much value and they don't give me back
