Bed was clean and comfortable
When we walked in there was a huge puddle of water in the middle of the floor we called the front desk the guy said he was alone so we used a towel to dry it up the towel I have a photo of it was very dirty the owner then showed up at the room all he had to say was we ruined his towel did they expect us to just leave the water for a slip and fall my sister is disabled this would not be good the roof sages with holes punched threw it so guessing this is wear the water came from

The bed was not that comfortable and had stains on the sheets. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there were black hairs all in the floor, tub, and on the toilet seat.

Pool, laundry and ice was available. Clean rooms and was able to have my dog.
I wanted to stay 28 days but they said we could only say 3 days at a time with 7 days max.

What they called breakfast was juice that was horrible ricekrispy treats or a chocolate chip granola bar even though they advertised as if they had a real breakfast

This was the absolute worst place we've ever stayed . I e sent pictures and documentation to corporate how dissatisfied we were.
It was basically discusting

I liked the location as it was close to restaurants and stores. For being so close to the highway it was quiet.
Didn't like the fact we had to wait for workers to unlock the pool as we barely had time to swim. Also didn't like our upstairs neighbor walked up to us after being there less than 30 minutes asking if we had weed we would sell him.

It was clean, we had easy access to our room. If your wanting somewhere close to dining, then this one has that going for it.
The room was hard to get to comfortable temperature, and the toilet would run every so often, even hours after it was used last. The people above us were a little load until a later hour. Lastly I booked for 2 adults and 1 child, it said the one bed we got was " OVER SIZED KING" well it looked to be a regular king size bed, we brought a sleeping bag and blankets for one of us to sleep on cause I didn't know if it would meet the needs of 3 people , and it DIDN'T.

Nothing.
Roaches, bad front desk, room was literally falling apart (the wall was caving in above the shower, the floor was caving in, there was bugs, the toliet didn't flush properly)

We had an emergency and was told we wouldn't be charged but we where.

Breakfast needs improving. Granola bars and a juice machine is not Breakfast.

Booked multiple days and got a great rate. Clean comfortable room. Bed was very nice. Plenty of pillows. Staff was friendly. I was in town working for the week. I requested no housekeeping because I sleep during the day...they actually listened and did not beat on my door. Great location to the interstate. Close to restaurants, lowes, walmart etc.
The people in Cookeville were overall very nice. Good southern town with good folks.
Only complaint is the breakfast. Only reason I didn't give the hotel a 10. Hotel breakfast option needs improvement or removed from the booking site. Granola bar and other small items in a to go bag is not breakfast. Didn't even offer cereal.

Location
Room was not clean. We went to store, got cleaning supplies. Wiped down all furniture.cleaned sink, shower, mirror.refridg and swept and mopped floors. . The pillow cases were soiled, the bed spread looked dirty. We bought rugs for by the door.
I thought that Wyndham resorts was a better organization.

Location was pretty good.
The bathroom and floors were absolutely filthy. The floors had definitely not been swept or mopped in several days and the bathroom had black mold in crevices. I would definitely not stay in this hotel again. Charging $80-90 a night is highway robbery when your rooms aren’t even clean.

Brown water, stains, and brown specks in the bed. Musty smell. We got a refund and left. Did not stay.
