A relaxing weekend trip

We enjoyed the room and everything worked unlike some rooms we heard about. Our room was supposed to be more disability access but we made it work for my husband. The pool was cold and it was a little old it could use some updates.

The pool needs upgrades and it was cold. Need better pool towels and the check in process was a little nerve wracking because we booked through booking com and the communication between them and the hotel wasn't great. But we got someone on the phone and got everything straightened out.

Nice, quiet, clean, efficient.

I really appreciated the low tub and the bar in the bathroom. Room and hotel were clean. Staff very friendly.

King room with king bed.

Staff and location was amazing.

The room was small. The indoor pool was not heated like it was supposed to be. The bed was on the harder side for us.

Very good

The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The room had a small refrigerator and microwave.

The heater didn't work to well, it was set to 74 but was chilly when it was 26 outside. It also made a bunch of loud noises even before it came on.

I was embarrassed by your day time manager.who called the police on me and had me removed after stea

I like that the hotel was clean and very well kwpt

Your day time manager stole from me and had the police come and remove me as a trespasser when i had payed for my room and was attempting to stay for another night as i hadn't gotten any rest due to a mix up with my confirmation number.thw night before.

The first day I got a wake up call it was an hour before the time I wanted to be up .. so instead of 5:30 the wake up call came at 4:30. I let the front desk know. I didn't see any sign or anything letting people know that it was STILL not working correctly. Two days later I asked for wakeup call at 6:30 sure enough it came at 5:30. I guess it is better than being late.. but seems that they would indicate to people that it wasn't working as expected.. the second time when I asked at the front desk the gentleman said he told his manager and they were working on... that didn't help me.

Exceptional

Very pleased with all features. Location, facilities, bath room, food, and personnel. In breakfast area, Katie was exceptional with her pleasantness and going beyond duties to provide food choices and tending to our needs.

Was only able to stay one night. More than wanted to pay, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for."

The hotel lobby and breakfast area was clean. Our room was clean. The breakfast was good and had a decent selection of items. Good location. The ladies that I encountered at the front desk were very nice.

Lots of trash on the grounds outside of the hotel room window. Young man at desk wasn't very helpful when I reported an issue at the pool. Mattresses in the room could use an upgrade.

Probably wouldn’t stay again, because of the check in troubles

The breakfast was really good, and had plenty of options. I loved the fact that they had full size shampoo/body wash vs. small bottles elsewhere.

The staff on call when we checked in was not very helpful. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we were asked to leave and come back in an hour. After the hour, it still was not available. Ask us to go to the neighboring hotel, which did not have a pool. When we were FINALLY checked in, and made it to the pool, there were no towels available, after going to the front desk to get some, we were told they couldn’t give them to us, they would be delivered, 2 hours later, STILL NOT DELIVERED! The staff however the following morning were delightful, and the lady working the breakfast service was the most helpful of anyone we encountered.

Router issues with the hotel ...couldn't properly check in ...then on the last day there some random person comes walking into our room ,due to them not being able to track what rooms are full and which ones arent

Good Value

Breakfast was good and this was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in all year. Convenient location with easy check in and out. Room was small, but efficient for our needs. Overall it was a good value.

The pool is small and there's no hot tub.
