Hôtel confortable et accueillant.

L’accueil ( personnel très sympathique) La taille de la chambre et les nombre rangements La gentillesse du personnel au petit déjeuner. La rapidité des ascenseurs.

Le sofa bed très inconfortable pour un adulte. Le manque de patères dans la salle de bain pour suspendre serviettes et vêtements. Le ménage mal fait. ( ou pas fait) La clim mal placée face au lit.

Very clean and comfortable hotel and the staff was very good.

Everything was great. Breakfast was better than expected also. the location was close to everything we needed for our staycation. Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival and at check out. We will definitely stay here again.

One thing that would have made it better would have been the Wi-Fi and the tv. Expected a smart tv to access Netflix/Hulu/Disney etc. or even just one of those. Tried to use a Firestick and the Wi-Fi connection would not work.

It was truly a home away from home 10/10 service in every area and a very great location <3

I liked the community & how nice and welcoming everyone was! Also the breakfast was amazing !

I loved the bar ! I would recommend a larger selection though :)

Ich würde es noch einmal buchen!

Gut erreichbares Hotel mit angeschlossenerm Parkhaus ( + 20 $/Tag), Sehr gutes Frühstück mit zusätzlichem Eierkoch für frische Omlett. Für DC Visit entweder 25 Min Bus oder 10 Min Autofahrt bis Bethesda (Parkhaus 1,50$/Stunde) und dann mit der U-Bahn (Tageskarte 10$) ins Zentrum. Hotel liegt unweit einer Shoppingmall. Hier gibt es verschiedene FastFood Möglichkeiten.

The worst Hilton experience we ever had

Location

Horrible front desk experience checking in after Midnight!! System was out of service and we waited more than an hour for getting our room. Even though we called to update arrival time and extra bed request- that eventually was not in the room ready for us!! Everything was bed experience!! From the check in ( front desk representative was very unpleasant) through the room cleaning and arrangement (hair on the toilet and no extra bed) and the parking process.

Booking.Com and Embassy Suite's are my go to service provides for known quality!

The suite was very nice and extra amenities were available that make it more comfortable.

May only concern was that the Ice Maker was located on every other floor and I had to go a level down for retrieving Ice!

Well enjoyed place and very clean.

Spacious suite with awesome variety of breakfast. I missed out on the afternoon snacks but good to know that they provides them for free of charge. Very close to NIH and Bethesda plaza

They have pool but often time occupied by kids taking swim lesson so we didn't go.

Great hotel in a safe neighbourhood.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice location in a safe area. I travelled into DC each morning - 10 minute uber to metro station. Lovely view of Washington DC city from my room on the 11th floor.

It would have been good to have a light housekeeping service every day during my stay to make the bed, empty bins etc. Overall very happy with the service though!

Nice location and property with on site parking.

Size of room, we paid extra for a room with a balcony, fridge in room, delicious breakfast, Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Furniture and carpets were worn, curtains were torn, stains on seating. Day of check-out the maid tried entering our room at 8am and then again at 8:20am, even though check out was at 11am. I did tell the front desk about the incident.

Third stay in less than a year. Best all around place we ever stayed!

This our third time here in less than a year. I love everything about the property. It is well kept, convenient to hospital where my daughter was a patient. The property is very well managed. All the personnel is wonderful too. They have been so nice to me, and remembered me from previous stays, while daughter was in hospital. It meant a lot to me. EVERYONE was SO nice!

It would have been nice to have a walk in shower. But otherwise it was perfect!

Preis-Leistung ist schon ok, aber wir haben uns insgesamt nicht sehr wohl gefühlt.

wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und mit Schlafcouch für die Kinder gebucht. Nach einer langen Anreise kamen wir abends sehr müde an und mussten dann feststellen, dass die Schlafcouch nicht hergerichtet war. Erst auf Nachfrage und erneutem Warten kam eine Zimmerdame, um die Couch schlaffertig zu machen. Im Zimmer waren auch nur Handtücher für 3 Personen vorbereitet, obwohl wir für vier Personen gebucht hatten. Das Personal an der Bar in der Lobby war eher unfreundlich. Sehr wenig Platz im Zimmer, um Kleidung zu verstauen.

Pretty good

Room was very big and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I quite enjoyed the complimentary wine glass and snacks.

The bathtub was very small and low, I was not able to enjoy it; the shower handle was fixed to the wall and I couldn't move it around while showering.

Lovely stay!

The suite was well-appointed - USB ports on every lamp, lots of drawers, access to the bathroom from the bedroom and the lounge area. Even though the (very noisy) ice machine was right outside the door, I didn't hear it at all when I was inside my suite - amazing! Staff were incredibly helpful and kind - offering to assist me with luggage or lending an extra hand when I was carrying things to my room. None of them had to offer that assistance, yet they all did. As a solo handicap traveler, I was grateful for this helping attitude - it takes a lot out of me when I travel, so sometimes a little assistance feels really wonderful to receive! Kudos the all the staff members I met at the front desk, the servers and staff at the buffet and throughout the property!

This place is huge! (notable since I have trouble walking very far) The parking deck was a long way from my room, but with the 3rd floor walkway, I could stay out of the weather to navigate from my room to my car. the light on the desk was very dim and I'm glad I didn't have to work much on this trip - it gave me a headache trying to finish my tasks. The only other downside is the cover on the ironing board in my suite would not stay on/was very thin, and it made it very difficult to get my clothes in good order before my event. It took extra patience to figure out how to keep the cover from moving every time I moved my clothes.

Didn’t have breakfast, I was fasting for hospital/surgery next morning My husband went to the dining room but said it was too crowded & noisy

The room phones did not work when I attempted to set up a WAKEUP call Engineering showed up & said the phones had not been set up

Sehr angenehmes Hotel am Rand von Washington

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, Gute Lage etwas Außerhalb der City im schönen Stadtteil Bethesda. Sehr gute Parksituation mit eigenem Parkhaus, nicht ganz so teuer wie in Downtown DC. Für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gutes Frühstück. Angenehme Happy Hour im Hotel. Großzügige Zimmer, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gerne wieder!

Eigentlich war alles unseren Wünschen entsprechend. Gäste direkt über dem eigenen Zimmer in der nächsten Etage hört man.

Great hotel about 30 minutes outside of DC to spend a few nights

The rooms were spacious, beds comfy, and the breakfast was fantastic!

A minor quibble I have with all hotels (high to low end) - the pillows! I would love a firmer pillow!! Also I was upset the hot tub was broken, but those things happen!

الفندق بعيد عن واشنطن ، لا توجد سوبرماركت قريبه ،، لايوجد شطاف كاغلب الفنادق ،، لا يوجد خدمة حمل الامتعه كل هذه الخيارات قد لا تؤثر على قرار السكن الفندق ..

I wasn’t up to the pleasant stays we’ve had at Embassy Suites

Breakfast was great! Location ok

Couch smelled like a dog. If you are going to allow animals, they should have separate rooms for guests with animals. Parking is expensive! Need 24 hour coffee in the lobby

Has everything. Large room has separate sitting area from bedroom. Excellent breakfast with made to order omelettes plus ready made eggs and meats. Lots of breads, fruits, waffles, juices. Excellent staff.

The bed is not comfortable for me. We’ve been here twice, both times coming from out of state for medical needs. I take the couch, more comfortable for me. Otherwise this is 5stars.

Efficient checkin, nice staff. Spacious, well set up suite of two rooms. Good breakfast.

Water pressure (8th floor) could be better. Breakfast was good, but no change between days. Location is not great for public transport.
