Good. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom and a courteous staff

Location is great for our needs. Close to the relatives, close to the Metro for a visit on DC, walking close to the malls.

Parking- on the top floors of the structure- run down and always a problem

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My favorite thing was the yoga mat, TRX strap and bands in our room.

We would like to have a microwave in the room.

Close to DC metro so you can travel and sightsee in the city without paying the DC hotel prices.

Walking distance to metro, short trip to DC sites

Parking garage on the 5th floor a little confusing, keycard didn’t work for the gate so had to call down for assistance. Only minor issue.

this is the only IHG property we have ever stayed at that didn't include breakfast. why on earth is there exercise equipment in the room instead of a bed, or regular sized desk or room to have an open suitcase? why is the bathroom counter so SMALL? why isn't there a bathroom door?

Bad customer service. They were totally unwilling to make a change to my reservation even though I requested it with 48 hours of notice. I would not recommend staying here.

very strong animal urine smell in initial room. They didn’t have someone who specialized in bartending working the bar. He had no idea on how to make a simple drink.

I like the area the hotel was in. It was nice and quiet, the staff were very nice. the facilities were great. my room was clean and the perfect size and space.

The only thing that would have made it a perfect 10 was if my room had a microwave.

Basically we just slept there and because of the rude checkin reception decided not to eat there.

Location was good for what we had to do in the city of Rockville where the hotel is.

The hotel is not upfront with holding money as deposit when you checkin. They flat out lie about it and threaten to cancel your reservation if you don’t allow them to hold the money they also lie about when it will be released. The receptionists were very rude.

Great Place to stay without breaking your budget

Location! plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. metro station 5 minute walk. Clean.

only thing for us that would have made it better was having a small microwave in room.

the price you pay should have a 20$-70$ per day asterisk next to it. don’t recommend.

the cleanliness was nice and the staff was respectful

the price gouging (!!!!!) a muffin is $8 ?! outrageous and if you pay with a debit card it’s a $50 deposit …PER DAY. Also the facility has parking but it’s $20 a day as well, also you have to park on the 6th floor of the ramp because that’s where guest parking starts. And if you leave your car outside directly outside in the parking lot after 10pm IT WILL BE TOWED so u basically have no choice but to pay for parking

Fits our needs for a stay in Rockville and DC

Location- close walk to the mall and close walk to the metro. Parking on the 5th floor of the structure was not pleasant and the gate's arm did not work. Our requests were responded to promptly - for more coffee, towels, etc

There was not enough closet space for our 5 days stay - no dresser at all. The floor in our room had burnt tile that needs replacement. Parking on the 5th-6th floor of the garage structure.
