Nice quiet stay

Staff was very friendly (Jeff) The hotel has very nice smell when you enter and easy access to area where rooms are located.

The air conditioner didn’t seem to cool the room enough. Also, the water in the sink and shower did not drain as it should and would take awhile to drain .

Good stay with some hiccups as noted above.

Room was very good. Staff were friendly. For the price some sort of breakfast should be provided. The Tv reception was spotty and the WIFi was non existent for Chrome books. Staff tried to help but to no avail.

As expected based on reviews but staff were great.

Staff was very helpful in getting me an early/on time check in so we could dress for an event. This was greatly appreciated.

The musty smell in the rooms and the hallways would keep me from returning. I was shocked that I didn’t end up with a sinus infection. Definitely could not spend more than 1 night there.

I do not recommend anyone going there. The best thing about the place was the pool.

The bed was comfortable that’s it

Two of the ice machines were broken and the continental breakfast was absolutely trash. They only had six bagels, two muffins left, and a few boxes of cereal.

Bad experience with the hotel.

The parking was good.

I requested the two room to be close to each other but end up with one room on the first floor and one on second. The staff was not friendly at all. I told her that I requested the room to be close to each other, she answered me back without looking at the reservation that the requested was on the system.

Nice stay, recommended!

The hotel is very pretty and new. The room was big and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed the pool, which the staff allowed us to use a little longer than supposed, so thanks!

Great lower price alternative. Would be better with a small restaurant and or a bar to relax at night.

Elevator smelled like diesel/garage and seemed more like a freight elevator

We were extremely surprised to learn that the hotel doesn't have daily housekeeping. If you need towels or coffee cups you need to call the front desk. But the worst part is that nobody takes care of garbage.

Location

Room wasn’t clean, refrigerator wasn’t working, pull out sofa mattress was very stained and hardly able to sleep on it because it was so thin. Pool wasn’t cleaned there were no towels.

Room with balcony and Tom was very nice and helped us with stay.

Before leaving saw that they took out 4 different amounts from my checking and so far have only received 2 of the 4 back.

Very good

Great value and location for visiting Newport area attractions. Very quiet location. Room was spacious and well-designed. Decor and furnishings were both attractive and comfortable. Easy to drive to. I would stay here again.

Not many dining options within walking distance of hotel. Was very disappointed that the only breakfast included with room or available at hotel was limited cold options (i.e. cold cereal and pre-packaged muffins). Front desk staff were hard to locate when needed.

the sink did drain terribly slow, but we didn't want anyone in the room with us not there and we were not there that much.

the sheets, blankets and pillow cases had spots on them, but the staff immediately brought new ones and apologized. Other than that the stay was great!
