A very nice stay

The location was easy to find and had more than enough parking available. Checking in and out was also very easy.

I don’t have any complaints about the property. My boyfriend and I had a quick stay but we enjoyed it.

Nice hotel centrally located to Alexandria, with a wonderful staff!

The room was nice and nicely decorated. The main thing we noticed is how accommodating the staff was. Upon our arrival, the woman working the front desk booked us in a room, and we went to get our baggage. She noticed that my wife was limping and offered to move our room closer to the elevator, to make the walk shorter. That was very thoughtful.

I do not visit this hotel again

Rooms are nice

All administrative processes were confusing. Problems with the credit cards (i Have two different bookings and this seemed too complicated for them). Personnel was not nice. Breakfast was of acceptable quality but they lack the items on the manu frequently. Too far from metro, they need to put a shuttle.

Comfortable. Nothing special.

I stayed at this Marriott many times before the pandemic. I choose it again for this trip. Helpful very staff, but the entire experience was not the same as before.

Put luggage racks in rooms. Put shower chair in rooms. Add more then 2 handicap parking spaces. Housekeeping should start later in morning or be aware when room is empty. I missed housekeeping 3xs during my 7 night stay.

Never again

Horrible!! Certainly not up to typical Marriott standards we are accustomed. This is our 3rd staying and facility has gone down it's VERY dated, toliet ran throughout the night, only one of four charging outlets worked, bathroom outlet about to fall off the wall, no luggage rack n the room, pillow case had what appeared to be Mascara (they brought up two new pillows), security lock on door was broke, peeling ceiling paint. And they have the nerve to now charge $10 for their parking, don't even offer coffee, water. Restaurant is microwave food and very pricy. Could have stayed at their Springfield stay at least they are more Modern and offer coffee/breakfast. This was my last time at this facility, dont be fooled by pictures.

Nice place for your car to get stolen

There were some good staff. Others just seem like they didn't want to be there. The facilities were clean and nice, but sucked when your car got stolen from the parking lot. Little to no help from management.

CAR GOT STOLEN FROM PARKING LOT! Oh and management did nothing.

체크인 과정에서 저의 예약이 없다며 다른곳이 아니냐는 무례함을 들었다. 결국 예약을 찾아서 그곳에 묵을수는 있었다. 체크아웃시에는 예약시 결제 완료된 룸인데도 다시 결제를 해서 철회를 요구했고 제대로 이루어졌는지 계속 확인해야할거 같다. 조식 1인 무료라 안내받았지만 지불을 요구해서 지불했다

Quiet stay. Front desk staff Jessica and Cha made me feel right at home.

Jessica and Cha checked me in. There was a problem finding my reservation but Jessica jumped in and found it. I loved my interaction with both of them, so much so that I spoke to them like old friends each time I saw them. They are the type of front desk staff that you want greeting you.

Everything was as I'd expect from a Marriott brand. No complaints.

Very relaxing and welcoming; nice and clean! :)

The staff was super nice and I felt very welcomed. The room was very comfy and clean. The shower in the bathroom was really nice and had good water pressure. We used the mini fridge in the room for things we bought in the old town! :)

Not much to say here, we didn't get breakfast from the hotel so I can't speak on that. Everything was up to standard and we had a great time.

Bitter sweet stay

We like the location it was excellent centrally located and easy access to get around to different activities in the area not a great distance at all.

Given the price I paid for this trip the amenities were disappointing as to me they didn't match up with the price that we paid. although the staff was pleasant when we checked in, however, not very knowledgeable as to check-in or what to do in the area or how to get around the area. also, there are no swimming facilities or even a sauna or a weight room or entertainment room. Those points were very disappointing to us since we were visiting out of town and expecting to have a better time . So, the biggest drawback was the lack of amenities for the price charge for a stay of 4 days at this hotel. Also, the limited amount of parking available.

We were happy with the staff and location. If we return, we'll be careful about our room.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was very good, and right next to the train station. The rooms were quiet, except for the air conditioners.

After checking in and then returning to our room in the later evening, we discovered that our air conditioner was not working, we had to change rooms. The staff did find us another room quickly, after sending maintenance up to confirm the a/c was inop. We moved to another room with a working air conditioner. However, the room smelled like moth balls. We were too tired to change rooms again. We had to air the room out each day that we returned, but the smell did clear after about 30 minutes each time that we did that.

Nice place with free, covered parking!

Bed was comfortable. Only hotel with free parking in the area and it was covered to boot! Toilet handle was broken when we arrived but was repaired quickly when we reported it. Cable was out (not the hotel's fault) and the poor guy at the front desk did a great job managing a crazy lady haranguing him about it. Hotel is starting to show its age, but is well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Toilet was running loudly and the handle was broken when we arrived - very noticeable issue that should have been fixed before we got there. Like most hotels, the shower pressure was awful. No microwave in the room. Room was very dim at night - why are there never overhead lights?? No charging ports in the room that we could find.

Pretty good location & clean

Balcony door did not lock, sockets were stripped & toilet was broken. The handle needs to be replaced. I had to remove the lid to flush the toilet each time. Since I was only there for a day, I didn’t ask for a room change.

The 506 room door is hard to open by the key board. And the water tap can be shaken… There is no electric charge station for car.

Good location close to highway and good restaurants. Also loved the balcony which was unexpected!
