Comfortable, Close to It All, Friendly Staff and Great Prices

It was the convenience for my family and me. We needed something temporary and close to the highway and this fit the bill. It was a plus as this hotel has a small kitchen in which I was looking for and our fur baby could also come with us. I definitely will stay here again if needed.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the only thing I can thing of that I wished they had was ice machines. I'm not one for the amenities as this was not what I was looking for but to have ice machines would be a nice added touch.

Good value

Breakfast was mostly gone by the time I left around 8am

I don't like that there's no equipment in the kitchen and that the front desk doesn't have enough for everybody. They have to wash silverware first before there were forks or cups.

not happy

see my booking complaint reference. I paid and made my reservation through booking wallet. the hotel and cooking went back and forth for 5 hours and I was left standing in the lobby, without a room or as much as an offer to sit. also I wasn’t even accommodated by booking which was promised at noon to Send me a link to compensate for my room and also time! Had to pay AGAIN to change locations to my own hotel I booked and checked in. booking and the hotel left me alone, hungry , stranded and in a area I’m not 100% familiar with. they then gave me $15 dollar credit for my time (7hrs) and their mistake as I sat stranded. and nobody sent me a link until 7pm. this is uncalled for and I’d like to speak to a higher up booking representative

The attendants attendants were nice, dirty lobby floor bad smell in lobby

The heater did not work, it was very cold, the attendant was nice but did not have any room to move us too, I was not able to rest because of that

My stay at this hotel..., was simply okay!

The only thing good about this hotel was the location.

The washer and dryer didn't work. The public restroom wasn't operable, and it seemed as the I had to go back to the front desk to re-program my key card to access my room, and in one case, there was no one at the desk. This pissed me off.

nice place and location. facility is a bit dated.

I loved the location. peaceful. quiet. set away from the hustle and bustle of Alexandria.

the cleaning staff were all very sweet and kind. I got some lackluster service from the staff.

Good enough for a weekend stay.

The hotel was pretty much what you'd expect for the price. The staff was friendly, it was relatively clean. The bed was very comfortable. I had a great sleep all 3 nights I stayed.

I couldn't manually turn off the tub faucet and only the shower. Both ran simultaneously which gave me a very low flow from the shower head. I could only turn in the hot water on the kitchenette sink. The cold knob did nothing. The bathroom light was dim.

Management failed to address issues with our shower drainage. The interior and exterior maintenance was extremely poor.

The rooms were deplorable. Our shower did not drain adequately. We showered in each other’s bath water because of the draining issue. There room was not clean; a trash can full of trash had not been emptied.

t the billing system was faulty. i was harassed by the manager constantly. Booking tried to resolve the issue but he would try to fraudently try to charge my card even though it was paid in full.

Adorable and clean room that worked well for our trip to DC.

The location was great for our trip to DC. The area was safe and convient. The room was clean and it was nice to have the kitchen.

The room was a little dated.

location

Maintenance was not available when the toilet was broken and could not flush. When I asked the front desk they were not able to offer me assistance or another room—she did not seem like she wanted to help. My sister had to fix the toilet.
