Close to the airport, free shuttle, big room and bathroom with good amenities, comfortable bed, and there are a lot of food places nearby.

The location was great, close to the airport.
I wanted to use points when booking and I was unable to.

Location was excellent. But the breakfast was a little pricey for what it was.
More of a selection for the breakfast. $23.00 was kind of high per person and they had no items for residen who don't eat pork

Professional staff.
Congested parking lots. Given the weekend cost for stay, I will opt to stay at one of the other nearby hotels to determine if stay is comparable. Also, room 316, although very clean and tidy, some wall corners were frayed to my surprise and require bumper guards or new wall paper.. Not pleasant to the eye, compared to the rest of the hotel.

The hotel could not find my booking that I made on Booking.com even though I was charged for the room, and calling Booking did not help. The hotel was completely full so I was forced to sit in the lobby for the night until it was time to go to the airport. Terrible time.

It was an emergency booking, used on line service which match my expectations. The bus from MDW picked us off and drop off back to airport extremely well. Please maintain this service if you pay to participate.
Shower showed its age. Bed was a little lumpy.

Location
The staff wasn't very helpful. I was cheated out of 325 due to the desk associate telling.me the wrong room. I had 1 room for one night and 2 other rooms for 2 nights. When I checked out they didn't tell me that the room was for 2 nights and my.guest got locked out of their room because it was for 1 night and it cast me another 325 to rent the room foe the night when I had another room that was empty. Someone from management needs to call me.

Lobby has outdated furniture and not clean

Good location lots to do in the area.
There was some confusion on one of the rooms and I had to spend an extra 325 dollars because your staff member told me the wrong room number on the room for one night. I had 3 rooms. 1 for one night and 2 for two nights and when I checked out Noone told me that the room was reserved for two nights and my guest were locked out of their room and I had to pay 325 just so they could sleep that night because the room numbers were messed up and the staff was no help in resolving. The only fix was to charge me for another night when I had a room empty that was paid for. I feel like if I don't get reimbursed for that room I will never stay with this group again. Thanks to your staff my trip was very stressful for me and my guest and we come to Chicago 3 or 4 times a year to visit family.

The beds were super comfy, and the shuttle service to the airport was great.
The staff were rude and made it feel like an inconvenience to them when you asked a question. The rooms are a little outdated. If you’re staying here as an overnight before the airport, beware, the TVs don’t have the best channels.

Hotel was great, typical Marriot.
TheStaff was horrible. Front desk clerk was extremely rude & not friedndly. I will not visit that Marriot location again because of how she treated us.

The service was nasty and there was false advertising on the beds in the rooms. The lady keep saying that was nothing she could do for us we had to take what ever she give us. I was willing to up grade my room. It took for a men to help us and get me a roll away bed.

The staff

Very clean rooms and lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Starbucks in hotel open from 5-5. TGI Fridays in the parking lot, Culver’s across the street, and more food just down the block. The free shuttle was also a great help.
The tv was small, and picture quality wasn’t great. I didn’t see the option to stream your own subscriptions ie Netflix, Disney +, which is great when traveling with kids like I was.
