Great hotel

Very friendly staff, very clean room, spacious, quiet, great location near different restaurants.

Breakfast was nicely stocked with many choices until the end time. the 1-piece coverlet is uncomfortable to sleep with—

Digital entry convenient, location has good visibility and access, room clean and room temp with fan control worked well

I think I will select another hotel if I ever have to travel there again.

Our trip was full, and we only stopped by one morning and I only had a cup of yoghurt. Did really see anything else I wanted.

I didn't like the fat that the front desk had bags that was given to guest and i witnessed one being given to a guest in front of me and when I asked about it, she did explain to me what was in the bag, but I wasn't offered one.

Great value and stay close to Chicago.

Pretty much everything. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean and pretty. The breakfast was really good.

The beds were not very comfortable which was surprising. The hotel seemed new and everything else was very good.

Complete fiasco---absolute worst experience ever!

I reserved the room from booking.com and received several emails saying that they were looking forward to our stay. when we called for the shuttle, we found out there was none, at 11:00pm. We were under the impression that they had shuttle 24/7. We had to hire a taxi, and when we arrived, Hampton did not have our reservation, even though I showed her our confirmation numbers from both booking.com and hampton inn. Long and short--we were stranded without a room at midnight in Chicago. This was the single worst travel experience we have ever had and we'll never use booking.com or hampton inn again.

You have great rooms, but the service could be better. Our Stay could have been longer if we were..

The comfort of the rooms was awesome. The rooms were clean and affordable. The comfort of booking on line.

We drove from Arkansas to attend my Father-In-Love Funeral. We ran into a blizzard and ran 3 or 4 hours later than anticipated and only had the room for 1 hour because we had to be at the Homegoing Service at 10 am. I attached a note stating that we would be running late and also that we would pay on the property, Once we arrived, they had already taken the money from our card. We had two rooms and I am so glad that we did not book the other 2 rooms in advance. Also, after traveling for over 600 miles we could not even shower because there were no washcloths. Although the young lady was apologetic, we never received washcloths as needed. And there was no breakfast as stated.

Grateful for a clean, quiet and comfortable hotel after an airline cancellation

Location was good. Availability of shuttle was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was good.

The staff was helpful and polite. Overall the room was clean and comfortable.

We had no shampoo or conditioner in our room the bottles were empty and then when we needed extra towels they were completely out. So no clean towels for us. Also, I don't understand why if you charge us so much for a stay that the pool closes at 10. There is no life guard anyway so what does it matter if we want to swim at night when there aren't 30 kids in the pool

Was great for our road trip, with plenty of parking spots, and driving to Chicago was easy. Staff was very friendly, room was clean.

The floor in the pool area was a but dirty.

Clean, comfortable, some one available to answer questions.

Breakfast was okay. Expected better tasting options and a meat option daily. Egg dishes should be made in smaller quantities to not dry out.
