The beds were pretty comfy I'll give it that but that's about it everything else was in fair to poor

The beds were pretty comfortable I had the fireplace sweet there was dents in the fridge stains on the carpet and I had no cable for a whole day. The curtains were ripped and ragged I cannot believe they let that happen it's very ghetto to leave carpet dirty and curtains ripped especially when you're paying $330 a night. Everything's pretty well outdated things need to be update and kept cleaner. This one fellow had his trash outside of his room for two whole days and nobody threw it away I don't get it but whatever I'll never stay there again.

We had fun playing cards for humanity in the living room

The way the room was set up with a kitchen and living room and separate bedroom!

We got locked out of our room for and hour cause the safety latched closed on us after we left the room and the receptionist said she had a tool but didn’t use it right away! My daughter ended up you tubing it and got it on the first try!!

Bad stay in Sioux Falls

I wanted to like it but, we never got to stay there.

We were basically kicked to the curb because they knowingly overbooked the hotel for the weekend. We even let them know when we booked the room that we wouldn't be there until after 7:00pm. I got a phone call about 5:00pm while we were on the road to Sioux Falls, and I was told because they sold out the hotel, we were being sent to the hotel across the parking lot due to their error, or we were on Our own. At least the Fairfield Inn had a room for us there, albeit not the same type of room we had booked at Residence Inn. We stay at Residence Inn hotels all over the Country and have never had this happen in the past.

Out dated, needs cleaned, and new furniture.

Separate rooms in King Suite, 2 bathrooms, 3 tv's, individual air conditioning, kitchen, quiet area.

Stained carpet in all 3 rooms, worn table furnature, out dated rooms, locks, doors, worn coving and arms on chairs, stains on pull out sofa. Exterior door didn't always lock. Broken tiles in pool. Not worth what I paid for the stay.

Superb

The suite was large, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen in the suite is an added bonus! Breakfast provided was good and varied for different dietary restrictions.

Residence Inn never disappoints.

The breakfast was hot & there were ample choices. When coffee was cold, staff replaced with fresh, hot coffee immediately. Whole oranges & bananas were much appreciated.

I would not recommend you stay at this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, and close to everything we wanted to visit!

The room smelt of cat urine, and there was no housekeeping performed during our stay. We were treated like we inconvenienced the staff when asking for another blanket after our child had an accident at night. We were never given another blanket. Two of the phones in our room were disconnected. The pool was closed for maintenance, but we were not notified upon check in.

Pleasant

The hotel smells musty and old. We were told 2nd floor was closed but there were people walking above me. Half of the security latch on the door was loose and not secure.

The women who worked the front desk was amazing!! First I called and spoke with Taylor and she didn't seem to want to help me in anyway. But when I went to check in the women who checked us in went over and beyond...I hate I cant remember her name!!

The beds were HORRIBLE!! When you are paying as much as we paid for a room I expect a good night's rest. Instead my husband and I tossed and turned the entire night. The next day our backs were killing us as well...it was extremely disappointing because we won't stay there again even though we loved the staff and location

Pleasant and beyond impressed.

Customer service. Our staff went out of their way to start breakfast early and keep our stay pleasant. We were there for a volleyball tournament and even though it was busy the staff came in early to accommodate us. The two bedroom suite was beyond expectations.

Not bad, would use again but just wouldnt plan to use the pool/hot tub.

Very comfortable, room was very clean and comfortable. Great size! The complementary breakfast was very good and fresh ever day. Great location!! Staff was super friendly, accommodating, and offered options/selections. The had a great basketball court for kids to use and a nice seating/fire pit area you could sit in.

Very disappointed the hot tub wasnt working, it was why we booked this hotel. Supposedly the motor was out but no attempt to even get it working. We were offered to use the hotel next door .. but too cold to walk across the parking lot wet and if I wanted to use their facilities I would have stayed there. The pool was small and very shallow. Tiles had fell off the wall and were just laying on the floor.

We had our Christmas Eve here. The rooms are spacious and so convenient for get togethers. Would definitely do it again in a heartbeat!
