No good wont come back

The parking lot was good for parking

So the shower leaked all over the floor key cards only worked on room door no other door on the building i told the front desk the room was disgusting rolling chair was stained along with bed and there was like motor grease all over the place

Das Zimmer und die Umgebung waren sehr gut.

Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung war gut und es war alles da was man gebraucht hat. Es war sehr ruhig und man konnte sich gut ausruhen.

Das Frühstück ist eher weniger etwas für uns gewesen aber wohl typisch amerikanisch. Eher für togo gedacht.

Didn’t stay!

Horrible check in process. We had reservations with confirmation number and a PIN code and our email for proof and he made us wait and wait and wouldn’t give us a room even though there were many available. We offered our credit card for a backup and he still refused! We finally left. We booked with Booking.com.

It was a great stay other than it should have been cleaned better and it needed some minor repairs

Where it is located. The staff Was great!!

Our room had old towels and had holes in the wall. The curtain did not work properly

Very disappointing

The staff was polite

I booked through booking and was overcharged to begin with. Then my 2 year old grandson had just gotten done taking a shower with my husband and the shower door was closed all the way. When they got done and opened the door to the shower my grandson got out and almost fell and hurt himself as there was a puddle of water going from the shower to under the sink. The toilet seat was also broken and the phone did not work at all. I told staff but never got a response. I will bever stay again and I hope that for the $153.00 I paid they at least reimburse me. If my grandson would have gotten hurt in any way from that wet flooded floor i would have definitely sued. For a property being only 3 years old they really need to keep up on the maintenance. I have sent a photo of all the towels that were needed to clean up the water from the bathroom floor.

Newer hotel, close to highway. Beds were comfortable and there was coffee/fridge in room

This hotel allows dogs so I did hear some barks, but not a big deal and can’t be helped

Staff could have been just a little more customer friendly, not rude, but not very friendly or attentive either. Construction workers staying there brought a lot of mud in which was not cleaned up.

Great hotel for an even better value.

Did not eat breakfast, but looked like a good variety. It was a nice location, being near Target, etc. although it was a bit out of town for other appointments. Overall value was excellent and we will be back!

Shower pressure/temperature is our only negative comment.
