No breakfast provided. The location was easy to get to and close to my family.
I didn’t like paying $6 a night for parking because it was not even covered or protected. I also didn’t like paying $4.50 for a small bottle of drinking water. There was no drinking water in our room.

The bartender Mario made it a great night. The place was extremely clean and fresh.
No microwave in the room and the mini fridge was too small.

The staff were nice about changing my room and did it fast. The location was very close to the hospital I was scheduled to have surgery so Lyft/Uber was not very expensive. Very clean lobby. And the lemon water in the lobby was nice to have access to.
The first room shower didn’t work and the spout to plug the tub want not installed and it was sitting in the soap dish. There was noise coming from the bathroom fan but the fan was turned off. The water pressure was not so good and once you turn on the shower you do have to wait a little before it actually kicks on.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Because we made the booking via Booking.com, we were to able to have the quiet room in the back that we wanted. The hotel was not full, yet we were told that no room in the back was available. This I simply did not believe. Our room faced a noisy street and behind that a major freeway in Houston with heavy, noisy traffic. It was a cold night in Houston and the lobby was chilly; the hotel receptionist was not often at the front desk as she said it was too cold. Consequently, I had to go back and forth to the front desk until I she appeared. This was time-consuming. The telephone in our room did not work. The TV did not work because the cable was down. The printing that I asked to be done was not done.
