The room was clean. Staff was great. The breakfast was very good.
Each room has the actual AC unit in the wall, ours was a bit noisy.

The location is amazing. Breakfast was very good. The room was better than expected and the personnel were very nice in general, always looking to help in any way they could.
Everything was very clean and we were happy to get to our room each night.
I paid for the stay fully on September 15th with Booking.com so checking in was easy and quick.
Our room was ready when we arrived (and we arrived 2 hours early).
In the checkout process, the man at the Reception desk was trying to charge $634usd on my credit card, saying I had to pay for the room. He was upset the card did not go through and did not believe me when I said the room had been paid in full on September 15th via Booking.com
It was a bitter moment due to his attitude, so I showed him my Booking.com confirmation number and pin...then, thank God, a lady came out of the office and said everything was ok, and that she would handle it later, and to let me go.
We did not consume anything from the Hotel Store (for which I left my credit card), but I'm being charged $60usd on my credit card, and in my bank account, it says: the item is "UNCATEGORIZED", so I don't know what is the charge for.

The hot tub and pool area were lovely and beautiful.
Breakfast was okay - the waffles were inedible - but the eggs were great. Would like to see better tea options - like an English breakfast. Also, the loudness of the air conditioner kept us up all night - and the fridge is super loud.

1 booked 3 rooms for 3 families. My sister got bettet rates as she was a club member and used points, so i cancelled my 3 rooms. we stayed in the 3 rooms my sister booked and i still got over charged for 2 rooms. In short we were charged twice for 1 day stay. Had to call my credit card and show cancelation date and email, then write an sign a form, and go to the bank. Holy crap, last time i stay there.
if i had booked in another hotel

Location was great - near to many nice restaurants and shopping centers. Enjoyed two bedrooms with a nice kitchen.

It was a disgrace. The prepackaged food was unhealthy, unappealing and uneditable. Full of sugar and fat. With this county’s effort to fight obesity how can you possibly serve food like that? Marriott should be embarrassed.
Fresh healthy food
