adult pool closed too early. spa services were limited during my stay. when I asked what was provided there was no menu. 3 staff members were there and I was told to scan a QR code even though there were no other clients at the desk. dogs are allowed in room, but not anywhere else

The construction noise really ruined our stay.

The breakfast was always excellent & Debbie was outstanding. But all the staff that we encountered were superb as well. The fact that they actually listen to any request we had made an impression on us. For instance, if we asked for catsup AND salsa or extra butter or whatever, it was always brought with our meal; we never had to flag someone down. We purchased a decorated Easter egg filled with M&M’s as a thank you gift for our next door neighbors who watched our 2 very spoiled cats while we were away & they loved it! She wanted to display it as artwork in their home because it was so lovely,,,we couldn’t agree more. They were all so creative.

i loved the service, the attention to detail and all the things you offer for entertainment, from the indoor pool to the arcade, the fact that you have a nail salon and a barbers ! finding the mini golf and soccer area. the Japanese garden, the private cabana areas. really great
just wish it was 2 queen beds and not full beds. $800 a night is very expensive for us but we really wanted to experience this amazing hotel. just a real shame the beds were so small. so we didn’t get a good nights sleep.

Lives up to the 5 star rating.
Quiet. Clean. Contemporary. Comfortable.
Great healthy clean food. I did room service for some of my meals.
Located in walking distance of nice restaurants.
Friendly helpful pleasant staff.
This is a reflection on Uber NOT the Four Seasons hotel. I couldn't get Uber arranged, due to errors on their reservations end. Uber did not recognize the Four Seasons Hotel as a pick up location. Strange since I had no issues with reserving my Uber ride to Four Seasons Hotel. Four Seasons Hotel staff recommended Ecocab if I didn't want to do the $190 option to the airport. I did not want to do the $190 option. Hotel staff arranged my Ecocab taxi pick up for 9AM. I took Ecocab taxi promptly to the Burbank Airport. It was $58 higher before a great tip with Ecocab taxi service. My Ecocab taxi driver was great. I want travelers to know that there IS a distinct price difference between taxi and Uber rides from Four Seasons Hotel to Burbank Airport.

Lovely room and beautiful bathroom with a fantastic view. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The breakfast could have been better.

The grounds are always beautiful and the beds are super comfy.
They come up as a pet friendly hotel, however, pets are not allowed at patio restaurant. We had to leave our dog in the room to go eat We next ordered room service, I just prefer to sit in a restaurant to eat. Room service is over priced and does not taste as great.

The property was beautiful… as you walked in the lobby though, it smelled of flatulence. I am certain it was the cooking aroma from the restaurant
Not enough servers in pool area later in afternoon

We traveled by car from Napa Valley. Checked in really late. When we arrived all of the staff were extremely nice from the valet to room service. They brought our luggage to our room we didn’t lift a finger. The food was really good as well. They had a kids playroom and activity room I was able to reserve just for my family. Which was a great especially with being cautious of COVID-19. They provided little robes for my kids. It was so CUTE! We had a nice view from our room. The Westlake Village neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. The Four Seasons will always be my family’s go to hotel wherever we travel.

This time I was greeted at check in by Josh Eckler, Rooms Asst Mgr, which I believe I've met before. The staff has never disappointed me, always exceptional. The only reason for rating not the top rating on VALUE, suites are so expensive, but has become the necessity for my stay. I live less than 3 miles from the property and have stayed several times and provide assistance for business clients when they need a referral. As they say in Hawaii, wish there was a 'kamaaina' rate for me.
After booking the stay, tried to get spa reservations but everything could not be accommodated until 2 or 3 days after the long weekend.
