The room was very spacious, very clean. The shower was awesome. This was a great place to unwind and rest after a full day's travel.

Staff is just fantastic, calm, professional, kind. Building is clearly a conversion from residential, so it’s more solid, better finishes, huge rooms. Nicest Residence Inn we’ve ever encountered.

Location
Parking fee was high and garage was really tight. Gate in and out was temperamental.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, Great location, easy walking distance from a good variety of restaurants and venues. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Checking in was easy. Parking is available should you be driving in at a nominal fee. A decent mini 24hr market is available for those quick snack cravings and needs. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and the room smelled and looked freshly cleaned. There was even a personalized welcome message on the tv monitor. I slept very well in a room on one of the upper floors.
A nice varied Breakfast was available in a decent sized open room. Free Wifi offered in the room and a business center is available at the ground level should you need to check in on emails. It is an Easy commute to and from the city. Short walk from the Metro station. Overall, it felt very welcoming to families, couples and individuals.
I will visit again!
Very minor: The elevator had an odd scent and there was food spilled in it in the morning, but it was very likely from the breakfast crowd taking food back to their rooms or some guests with small children. I am sure it was quickly cleaned.

Short distance (5 mins in taxi) from the airport. Staff were amazing - friendly and helpful - especially considering our flight was almost 3 hours late so it was almost 11pm when we arrived. Comfy and clean rooms. We were able to leave our bags for the day while we did some sightseeing and again staff were so lovely. Oh and free brekky snacks (coffee, juice, pastries) were a lovely bonus. Shortish walk (10-15 mins) to bart station for subway into the city.
Nothing. Tip for travellers: use uber rather than taxi if you can. Taxi from airport was $25 USD (short drive, maybe 4-5 minutes). Same distance back with uber was $15.

Locations was good. Staff was fine.
Room was too hot, couldn't lower the temperature. TVs picture was washed out. Breakfast was mediocre. Tasted like powdered eggs. No knife to cut bagels or english muffins.

Good location closed to my home
We requested to clean the room, and the front desk staff said that they would do it the day after. However, nobody came and cleaned our room until we left. Also, we had some issues upgrading our free to high-speed wifi, and I thought it was not a big deal. However, the staff and another staff on the phone couldn't solve this problem so that I couldn't attend my Zoom meeting while staying there. I was unhappy that my parents felt unfortable here.

The location was good. The breakfast was plentiful.
The heat in the room was terrible on the coldest night of the year. I didn’t like that they didn’t clean the room or provide fresh towels after the first night.

location
No heating in the bedroom on the coldest day of the year. Water leaked in living room but it was too late so just have to stayed for the night but to be fair they gave us more blanket; next morning got move to new room so thought everything will be ok but come back 6-7 hours later find leaked everywhere with water lodged carpet in both living and bedroom this time. hotel were over booked so our option are either stay or check out on Christmas Day with no hotel near by.

The location was excellent and the room was spacious. The staff was always nice and the grab and go section was very convenient.
Room was outdated and the furniture seemed a little dirty. The water pressure in the shower was so powerful that it was painful. Hot breakfast options were lacking (sandwiches heated in plastic bags) but the cereal and coffee selections were nice.

The view is not the greatest.

Breakfast it's American Style. Nothing special and a lot of garbage. We knew that and was ok for the time we were there. Shower was not really good but i didn't take the time to report it. Rooms furniture, doors, decoration are old but everything was functional and clean.
