Location pretty good; nice staff; comfortable beds

Comfortable beds; good restaurant/bar area; free valet parking; coin-operated washer & dryer with free laundry soap & dryer sheets; location pretty good with a few restaurants nearby

Property pretty bland - decor basic & room very generic; restaurant & bar food uninspired & basic; bathroom partially updated but bath/shower dated and rusty

very close to my event, breakfast that can with the room was good

bed was very uncomfortable hallway smelled pillow where flat, bed was a very small KING size! shower just about beat you up with the water pressure!!!

The room was small, nowhere to put suitcases we ended up putting them on a computer table and on a rounded bench, rather unstable. Faucet in bathroom was leaking. Overall a feeling of low maintenance.

Close proximity to the venue and restaurants. The staff was great 👍! Room was clean and the view was fantastic! Breakfast was fantastic!

Parking was a bit of a issue. For the price of the room, parking should be included. There were several events happening in town that weekend. It made for difficult parking.

Right beside the Carolina theater if you are going to a concert 2-3 minutes tops.

Bed wasn't comfortable and that was it. it was walking distance to restaurants and we never took our car out

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff.

The room was gorgeous and the staff was exceptionally nice. The hotel is perfectly located with tons of access of restaurants and activities. My daughter and I felt safe and had an amazing stay.

More information about parking would have been helpful but that was probably my fault for not reading further.

I’d like the location of the property and I loved the hotel employees. They were all young very very friendly, very helpful, and I’m the only good thing about the hotel in my opinion.

first of all, it was exceedingly over priced. They gave you disgusting coffee in the room and then charge four dollars for a bottle of water to make that coffee. There was no safe in the room, the hotel gym was a joke, no room service, a hotel restaurant that served, limited breakfast, nowhere on the hotel premises to eat lunch, and a restaurant that open for a few hours for dinner. If you arrived at the hotel in the evening after the restaurant had closed for dinner, you were out of luck. Everything in the hotel was too expensive and I don’t understand why a room in Durham, North Carolina, a very small town, should be $225 a night. Ridiculously overpriced. I resent being charged four dollars for a bottle of water by a hotel who is already over charging for your nightly stay. In addition, no free Internet. $6.95/a day. I wouldn’t stay there again.

met our expectations as it was very near to DPAC where we had to attend a music concert. we could walk to the venue with

All was great main and only problem room was hot had temp down to 60 !!!!!!! just to get comfortable

Great location.

Older remodeled building; no in-room lock box that I expect when paying almost $200 for a room. Could not really see out the windows because they are so old, the seals are broken and should be replaced if the hotel cares about what pleases guests. No free wifi; no included breakfast; $4 bottles of water. Pay to park expected in a downtown hotel; but the others?
