Very thankful and good.

Breakfast was great and very appreciated.

When we checked in they couldn’t find out booking because we did it online through booking.com I think they said and I had the confirmation number but it still wasn’t enough so I got a little worried but then they found it.

Run from. This hotel

Nothing they are scammers

Shows they have pool and hot tub when we get there we were informed that pool and tot tub has been down for over 3 weeks. Front desk lady tells me that I should be happy the fitness room is still open. I weigh 300+ pounds. It was a very rude and disrespectful thing to say

Breakfast food was good

Shower didn’t drain. Cheapest Marriott I’ve ever been at. One bar of soap, one regular coffee. Just Keurig at breakfast- no pots of coffee.

Staff friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and quiet and beds comfortable.The breakfast was very good each day and the woman overseeing food services area was exemplary. Nice dining room, nice selections and adequate food.

Loud air conditioning unit in room, would prefer a stand alone shower instead of bathtub/shower combination and very low toilet. Our room faced a courtyard in an Area behind our facility ( an old hotel) and it was unkept with lshopping carts, trash and people living there trying to have people in our dining room let them in to dining area. Took away from the Marriott suites facility and caused some security concerns.

Exceptional

It was very pleasant a the stay and room very clean and all the staff are amazing , there is a special lady who works in the breakfast area her name is mrs Lee, she is the best of the best, very diligent and goes the extra mile to provide excellent service to all the guests , seen her how she greet every single person in the breakfast area and she made sure we were all good , I can not complaint about anything, I loved this hotel and I will come back and I will reffer to all Y families and friends when we come back to Wilkes barre, we will defenetely stay at this hotel

We had no stay. I had to find another hotel and was lucky to get one.

We never got a room! We booked and paid for two rooms for March 14. When we arrived, there was no room available. they had been given to "workers" .

Not only had you given away our rooms, the receptionist was a surly disagreeable woman who did nothing to help. She said it wasn't her fault and she couldn't reach the manager.

The hvac unit was really(!) loud. The bed sheets were somewhat rough to the touch.

Horrible.

Breakfast and Staff were very great. The balance of the exper was terrible. And we've stayed at this hotel at least a dozen times in the past. It has deteriorated drastically over the years and has not been kept up.

Property was dirty. Room was very old. Internet didn't work. Mattress was horrible. TV's were very small. Paint was scraped/missing from the walls and furniture.

Clean room, friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast.

The 2nd shift manager was absolutely wonderful. I had come in nearly in tears from a horrible experience at a nearby hotel. She was so helpful and absolutely made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely come back! Breakfast was great!! So much to choose from and easily available.

I have nothing to say about things I didn’t like here. My stay was great!

An excellent stay and we would go back!

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable with a microwave, fridge and coffeemaker. The pool and hot tub was so refreshing after a day of traveling! The breakfast and the breakfast staff were fantastic!

Hot breakfast was good, rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and gave excellent recommendations for things in the area. Also near restaurants and gas stations for convenience

There is a parking lot in the back and drunks were hanging out partying in it throwing tires and being obnoxious. Only bad thing about it

Friendly staff! The entire facility was spotless!

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. We wanted oatmeal but it was not really cooked. We arrived around 4:00 and the coffee was cold!

It’s close to dining and shopping

The outrageous price for the room. I have stayed here many times at a rate of less than half of what was charged this time. Price was hiked up due to some music festival that I was not attending.

Superb

Great location,,breakfast not bad at all,pool very nice.

Not the cheapest around,parking lot in bad condition, needs to be resurfaced. The casino hotel is much nicer and only a little bit more expensive.
