Best place to stay in Bowling Green and reasonably priced.

The hotel was extremely clean and welcomed after driving for 11 hours straight. The room was very spacious, nicely decorated, and very modern. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioner was working great. The bathroom was updated and very clean. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved they had a Starbucks counter in the front lobby!!

Wished at the Starbucks they had bottled coffee.

over priced pretending to be luxury. failing to do so.

locations is nice, overall facility is ok.

out dates. everything in the room had issues. balcony door was broken in two rooms . cigarette butts everywhere, shower head was clogged, elevator was disgusting, and breakfast was outrageously expensive for basic white bread and eggs.

Updated hotel

Mold in my coffee pot and no coffee downstairs until 630. The front desk clerk was kind enough to make me a cup of espresso since we had to leave for work well before the coffee was for sale. For what we paid for a room coffee should at least be available downstairs at an early hour.

The location was convenient for the activity I was attending

Booked for 3, was only offered breakfast for 1. Found someone's dirty sock from a previous occupant, on the floor beside the blinds, made me question how clean the room really was.

I would look for another hotel.

Location, bed was comfortable.

I booked this hotel for a total of 3 in my party and I chose this hotel for it's reviews and list of amenities. I usually choose a hotel that includes breakfast in the price paid. I was very disappointed when I found out breakfast morning that only 1 adult had their breakfast included in our stay. The hotel should have specifically stated that only 1 breakfast was included even though I had 3 people total in my room when I booked. The lady at the bistro taking our orders wasn't very friendly either. The person who (male) brought our food to us was courteous. Warmth and smiles are very important in a business especially when dealing with people day inn and day out. I will come back to a business even when more pricey than others for having a wonderful staff that greet their customers with warmth and friendliness over a business that seems cold and apathetic.

The breakfast was delicious.

There was a group of very intoxicated people coming in and out until 3:30am. While they were moving through the hallway they were very loud and yelling profanity. I was hoping hotel staff would have done a better job monitoring the guests. My daughter was here for a volleyball tournament and did not get very good sleep because of this.

was very good. we thought it would be continental.

No microwave in room,, soap or shampoo not in bathroom as they use to be. no ice machine on each floor. had to carry bucket to 3rd floor to get ice...
