I highly recommend this hotel- we may have to come back to Kentucky just to stay here again.

Room was beautiful and spacious. Everything a traveler needs. Hotel in great area, a short walk to Fountain Square, but in a quiet area. Free Breakfast was amazing. Great Mexican restaurant next door.

We had to walk from the parking structure to the hotel through 3 sets of doors, all had to be manually pushed - pulled open. Hard to navigate when carrying luggage. It would help to make those doors automatic.

We had a long drive to the hotel and when we got there we was tired and cranky but the minute we walked in the front doo

All in all an easy place to stay

Great staff. Easy check in and check out (GREAT late check out time).

In a slight state of disrepair. Not located by many restaurants. Could not figure out the TV.

The staff was attentive and professional.

The central location.

We had an issue with two of our pillows or cases (they had a sour smell on them). I notified the front desk and they promptly removed and replaced the pillows from the room after confirming the odor as well.

Okay stay

It was in a quiet location, and my son enjoyed working out in the gym.

The pool was very small, breakfast was not very good and the pullout bed was horrible and they also put us in a handicap room and Noone is handicap in my family. We were not impressed at all.

Wonderful staff and overall a great place to stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful at check in! The breakfast was good and had lots of choices. We would stay here again.

I would have liked to have an extra blanket available for our bed but I still slept well.

Great place to stay, safe and comfortable

Very safe area and staff was extremely friendly. Felt safe taking my dog outside at night. Property is located in the heart of a campus.

The carpet in our room had 2 large stains on them. Need some updates for sure.

Nice room, great location. Parking garage was incredibly convenient and check-in staff was efficient and polite. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good.

Housekeeping staff woke me up talking loudly in the hallway around 8:30am, a bit frustrating when you're trying to sleep in.

We appreciated everyone's effort to make our stay special!

We had three grandsons with us, and they each got hungry for cereal later at night. The staff went out of their way to get them their favorite cereal night after night with zero complaints! The greatest strength of this hotel was most definitely the staff because the pictures were misleading. For example, the pool looked much larger online, as did the room. There was a little black mold in the bathrooms, but what can you expect when there is no fan/vent in the bathroom. Otherwise, for the value, it was a great place to stay. Their maintenance man was friendly and helpful too. The front desk staff were exceptional!

staff was amazing, pool was nice and cold, but kinda small, breakfast was definitely good and my family loved it

room was not bad but there appeared to be a dead bug on wall.

Staycay getaway-

The desk guy was the best! All staff were kind, pleasant & very helpful. Property was clean & the pool area was very nice- the pool was the reason I chose this hotel.

The smoking area is just upwind of the pool- I did notice a lot of the room/grounds staff out smoking quite often.
