Food at the bar was great, some of the best quesadillas I’ve ever had.
Breakfast wasn’t the best . the eggs were not even edible . Tasted aweful
4.1
The room itself was clean and the beds comfortable.
There were extremely loud construction noises starting at 8:30 AM. The evening before the construction noises continued into early evening. It was so loud it was impossible to use the phone in the room or a cell phone.
The choices on the TV did not include the FOX News Channel.
The hair dryer did not work in the bathroom.
The bar area tables were not clean and the seat had something on it (mustard, mayo, ?) that got on my purse.

I didn’t
The GENERAL MANAGER!! Frank , was rude , did not try to help in anyway,

We liked the low floor and the location of the hotel. We also liked the laundry facilities.
we didn't like the breakfast options (you could only get 1 coffee or 1 juice, not both, for example). We didn't like that the gym wasn't available.
4.1
The bed was comfortable. Good Darkening/privacy drapes. Decent water pressure. Clean but bathroom a bit dated.
It was a lot further from downtown life than we thought. The included in the price breakfast was very limited & prepared with very unhealthy tasting oils or imitation fat.
No one made up the room over Thanksgiving night (& no one told us about that). Items used weren’t replenished (coffee, cups), when the room was made up. Trash bags were left draped over cans for guests to install. The price of the room jumped from $119 our first night to $529 our 4th night. THAT is really crazy & wrong.

Super convenient , good parking and clean!!

I liked the comfortable beds, the bar and the location . Right near the Daela Moore Business School.
The room smelled very musty... I travel a lot and I am very easy going. Having said that , the smell was very strong from the moment you stepped in the room.

We loved the convenience of the location, especially if you are visiting the college, and want access to downtown dining. The Starbucks, and Bar on location were super convenient as well! The outdoor fireplace and TV sitting area were lovely. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is plenty of room for parking. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again.
The pool area is a great touch, and we really looked forward to lounging by it, but all the lounge chairs were all ripped and broken. They should seriously take inventory and replace the broken chairs. Maybe consider resin lounges over the cloth ones that were all tattered.

Clean
The low entry to the garage. Guy had height sign down working on it when I came in and he motioned me in in my truck and the top
Of my truck hit a fire sprinkler pipe. Messed it up and scrapped the paint off of a spot on the roof.

Location only
Hallway had food on carpet, room smelled, dirty, very small, beds very uncomfortable!! pool not enough chairs, pictures are not correct

Nice location and friendly staff.
Parking was awful. Very tight and stressful! Bathroom was old and dated especially tub caulking.

Lobby is well kept and updated. Room was clean
Room was showing delayed maintenance. Parking garage is very tight and difficult to maneuver. No other parking options were offered.

The property was clean and the location was nice.
I have zero complaints

The staff is lovely-very welcoming, helpful. The people working the morning coffee rush kept the line moving. The staff working the front desk were polite, happy and helpful. The lobby was very clean.
I do wish they would consider updating the rooms a bit. The decor is old looking/shabby. Not dirty, but just kind of “blah”. Most hotel rooms don’t have carpet anymore, so maybe I would like to see them remove the carpet in the rooms and replace with laminate/faux hardwood.

Great location- close to UofSC, clean rooms, and very helpful and friendly staff.
Parking is horrible. Very tight spaces & turns.

It was clean enough.
First we were suppose to have a sofa bed in our room and accessible bathroom. We had neither. Our room was changed to an accessible bathroom but we never got the sofa bed. The hotel kind of nickle and dime in that they don't provide complimentary coffee or breakfast. You are expected to pay for everything. Washrags were hard. It will not be a hotel I would choose again!!!

Very friendly staff and very clean
No available free coffee for guest

Nice location
Dead roach was in the bathroom. staff never upfront you have to stand there for at least 5 min before noticed. had a bad pipe or something the fire alarm went off had to evacuate,I was tired just coming off of a road trip & had to that. The pool closed early at 8pm instead of 10pm because they said DHEC said it didn't have enough lighting after a certain time. I was not happy AT ALL could have been better for my money

Ease of parking, Excellent lobby desk representative, Buddy, was helpful, very pleasant and knowledgeable! He was a pleasure to deal with. Additionally, we had food from the cafe in the lobby and it was good and service was very friendly.
see above.
