Not worth the price

The staff

Problems with TV, had to change rooms. Bathroom fan really loud, no hair dryer. The carpet was dirty, left dark marks on my white socks; tile floor was sticky; the paper towel holder was only attached to the wall on one side. Worst maintained Residence Inn I’ve ever been in, huge disappointment!

The location was very safe and very comfortable. The staff in this hotel was exceptional! The breakfast bar was very nice!

This is an order facility that is indefinite need of renovations. The bathroom is very tiny and The walkout vanity is right next to the toilet so there's not really any privacy if somebody wants to get ready while someone else wants to use the restroom. The plumbing is very old and does not function very well as far as toilet functioning and hot water. I was able to take a shower without using any cold water because at best it was medium warm. Everything was clean, but this is not the place to stay if you're going to have more than one person using the restroom.

Decent, but not for the price paid.

The breakfast was decent for the price though I would have liked more options. Also, the fireplace in the room and the kitchen utensils were both useful.

Both the televisions that we used were often times slow or lost signal. The main door had to be lifted slightly to be able to lock it. The pillows were not comfortable.

staff is friendly but the building is old and needs a remodel . coffee makers stained and outdated .

my bathroom tub was clogged up with hair and not sanitary . asked the staff to have it unclogged and they worked on it an hour later . it was still clogged up even though they worked on it .

Did not get to try breakfast because I was up all night Frustrated about the charges that were wrongfully placed on me account

A smoking fee was placed on my account because one of the employees said I smelled like smoke. I Had to have someone to come check my room at 1:45 am to clear it up! The fee still wasn’t taken off my account until I spoke with the manager on duty Mr. Alexander. He is the only reason why I would consider coming back to this location. He was very understanding and apologized for the incident.

Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Attitudes were on point.

My room wasnt ready at 3pm waited bout an hour but I was still satisfied. Breakfast was great.

Everyone is sweet and has a 💙❤ its hard to find tht kind of environment. It was the best time I can ask for. Food was awesome. Clean room. Towels and sheets when needed. Room service when needed.. Felt like luxury and a celeb 😂😂 please try it out...so loved here. And safe surroundings.

I didn't like I had to check out. I wanted to cry😥😥 it was back to regular life. 😂😂😂😂

Fun Memphis Trip

Great 2 Br 2 ba with living room

The air would not cool the three rooms. Had it down to 66 and were hot all night. Everything else was GREAT!!

Disappointing

The staff was friendly.

We didn't get in the pool because the water looked dirty. My husband and I were very itchy when we tried to lay on the sheets, and the wifi didn't work during our entire stay.

For a room over $200 it can at least have a microwave, smallest elevator of any hotel I've been in!!
