How clean and comfortable it was.
Staff Fran and Tyra was not helpful or pleasant, on the other hand staff Oliver Green was such a beautiful, helpful person.
4.5
I liked the layout of the rooms, the amenities and hotel location.
Included breakfast could have offered more than just one breakfast meat and food could have been warmer.

The location
I didn’t like the fact that the Pool was closed and they don’t tell the guest until after they pay for the room. Then they tell you we can use the YMCA pool. Well, my guest (which were kids) wasn’t arriving until 6:30 pm and the YMCA was closing at 6. They charged my card an extra $75. They tell you if you cancel you still have to pay for the room.
The Food was NASTY none of my kids liked it.

They served breakfast and it was actually good.
The location, it isnt near much. you need a car to get most of what you need

Spacious and nicely-appointed rooms. Clean and inviting.

1.5
It was clean and had an indoor heated pool and spa.
The hotel itself was clean and the staff very friendly and inviting. The heated pool felt like a luke warm bath. Not quite warm enough for me plus the walls and floor of the pool were chipping, the tile around the edge of the pool was peeling, and the hot couldn't be used for whatever reason because it was covered with wooden boards covered in tarps. The hotel provided a free breakfast which is nice but most of the breakfast the first day was prepackaged food served in fancy serving dishes. They also served oatmeal and cook your own waffles. They offered plain and chocolate chip waffle batter however both the oatmeal and batter were so thick it was hard to serve or pour on to the waffle maker. I didn't even eat breakfast the second morning because the prepackaged food, oatmeal and waffles were so bad the first I didn't want to try again. The room was spacious and clean. However the sleeper sofa, bed and pillows were hard as rocks and felt like I was sleeping directly on the springs on the bed. The sleeper sofa was only marginally better. The bathroom was spacious however the handicapped seat for the bathtub was sitting outside the tub not installed. The wall of the behind the tub had obviously lost some tiles and cracked from the top of the tub halfway up the wall. The repairs were obvious and not very pretty. The handheld shower head didn't work at all and the tub stopper barely plugged the tub just enough to fill it about halfway. The full size body wash, shampoo and conditioner were very nice even though they were a lavender fragrance the smell was not all strong. The little kitchen area in the room was a nice addition however it looked like things were not setup and just left however the last person to use the room left them. The a/c unit worked really however the cover was half falling off. The tv was nice and a good size however bring a firetv stick because most of their channels don't work and they don't have many to begin with.

The breakfast was good except for the eggs. The selection was excellent but the hot food was basically the same thing both days. Thankfully it was something my kid would eat.
We had to change rooms because our bathroom light wasn’t working. We checked in mid afternoon so we could come back and take showers after my sons game, we stopped at the front desk on the way to the game to let them know the light was out but when we got back (4 hours later) they hadn’t even looked at it. We had to wait for someone to come fix it then after 20 minutes found out it could not be fixed, we had to change rooms so only one person got a shower before dinner( the staff tried to make it right but it was disappointing) also the hallways, breakfast sitting area and lobbies were uncomfortably hot.

Loved the layout of the room. Enjoyed the spaciousness of the bathroom. Bed was super comfy. I appreciated the desk for a space for me to work in the mornings.
Don't know there is much you can do about it but you could hear above us pretty well.

that it was a lot of food places around and it was clean
my tv didn’t work and they tried to blame me for messing up their room floor when it was already like that and i complained

The cleanliness and the staff was very pleasant.
The breakfast list was limited on fresh fruit. Only had bananas that was not ripened. Salty bacon, scrambled eggs and soft French toast. Also the toilet did not flush well.
