Great stop when traveling.

Location was great, many restaurants and stores close by. Coffee was hot and fresh. Staff was pleasant. Nice stay.

No privacy in restroom

Location is fantastic. Lots to do in walking distance.

The bathroom door had a gap so large in it that you got no privacy when using the toilet. Glasses were covered in spots. Loud club music playing at 10:30 when we arrived.

Convenient; staff did their best to be helpful

location was close to the event I was attending. Free parking was appreciated.

no microwave in room; room was too cold for my comfort, I tried to warm it using the thermostat but to no avail; the lights over the beds would not come on. bathroom sink was slow to drain

My stay

The room is beautiful

My ac unit was broken, all night it dripped on the floor. My room was so hot and i have a newborn.

ok for a night passing through. wouldn’t stay again or recommend

property wasn’t very clean. staff has issues at check in. sinks stopped up and vomit in hallway by elevator. Navigating between parking garage and hotel was a hassle.

Would only stay for a night or two anymore than that go somewhere else.

Close to everything in short pump and walking distance from really nice stores.

One of the windows was leaking water onto a dresser. Had to use the elevator to even get into the hotel. One night it was like a club in the lobby of the hotel when just trying to get to your room.

Nice location

The staff was welcoming at the desk during check-in, we were only staying overnight so we were not here for very long. The attached garage was very convenient as it was raining when we arrived and departed. The room are on the small side but comfortable with the way they are setup.

Disappointing

Good location..and clean

Rooms are very uncomfortable.... Way to hot and should let customer put thermostat low as they want.... Air conditioner barley blew enough to keep room cool.... Almost left in middle of night cause couldn't sleep it was so hot

A dirty juke joint, not a clean hotel.

Location.

The room was not clean. Comforter was piss stained, shower was moldy. Around 10 pm it felt like I was in a club as opposed to a hotel due to the extremely loud music coming from the lobby as there was some sort of party. Will not be returning to this property.
