All three rooms booked under my name were great. I had no complaints from my family members.

The deadbolt did not work; comforter, sheets and pillowcases had holes in them. The hotel canceled my reservation even though I had approved arrangements to arrive between 4 PM and 6 PM and was paying cash in case my paycheck had not cleared (it didn't until 6 PM that evening). Staff was rude and indifferent when I spoke with them about the deadbolt and sheets/comforter issue. There were paint ships on the air conditioner. They charged me $10 extra for a room with double beds (I asked for a queen). Staff was rude when I arrived, telling me that just because I had an approved late arrival, it didn't concern them. This was a completely awful experience!

there’s a lady that works there that has an attitude with everybody I don’t understand her. she is bigger overweight. She has red hair and every time I stay there she has an attitude. telling me that my room needs to be cleaned every day because I have a dog. No I don’t think so. she tells me your dog might pee on the bed. Are you kidding me I have a big dog I don’t have a small Chihuahua. And second of all why do you guys charge a deposit for animals for a destruction deposit as they call it. If that’s the case don’t charge a deposit. Then she goes off to tell me that I need to put my dog in a cage. I’m not locking my dog up like he’s an animal he’s my child. my dog is completely potty trained and he will hold it for 10 hours if need be. he has been paid trained this lady really needs to get off her high horse because she it does not own the place and she needs to be more respectful to people. when people are talking she needs to let them finish before being interrupted. I can’t stand people like that. there is no need to yell at me for no reason you can explain yourself simple as that but yelling you don’t know what the next person is going through. You don’t know if the person has anxiety or panic attacks for that matter so get off your high horse and take a chill pill. And slow down because some people can’t stand people like you just because you think you are in charge when you’re not even the boss
I like everybody there but one person. Every time I stay there this same person the lady with the red hair always gives me an attitude no matter what. I even taped a do not disturb sign on my door because there wasn’t one in my room
