The cleanness and comfort
It was our wedding night & I paid for a king room and at first he put us in a double queen so we went back down and there were no king rooms left, but he was nice enough to move some things around and get us the king room we paid for

Good breakfast, good pool area, good starting point for the giant trees.

All other hotels provide a complimentary breakfast. The charge for a small breakfast was overpriced. Also, two servers in the restaurant were diametrically different. One super friendly and helpful and the other was unfriendly and hostile. Wow!
Expensive breakfast

Updated and clean facilities and nice amenities
My room was near the elevator which was exceptionally loud and I could not sleep well any of the time I was there. It was terrible. Huge complaint for me. Also no complimentary breakfast which is standard elsewhere.

Not much.
The rooms we stayed in needs maintenance. Bad. You can tell a lot about a hotel from how much their rooms look like a college dorm. Walls torn up, water damage on the ceiling, broken vents, doors don't close right, etc. Everything just looked worn down and needing repaired.
And to top it off, we paid extra to get the "executive room" because we thought it would be better maintained. We were wrong.

Easy to find right off the 99. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Hot water in the shower!!!

No hot water in shower. Doors looked stained.

The hotel's location was very convenient for us as it was right off the freeway.
The food service & front desk staff were friendly & professional.
Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping our room neat.
Starbucks is only open during “busy hours” and closed the remainder of the day. What’s the point of paying to have the brand there if you don’t have it open and available to guests?
The bathroom would flood constantly. Anytime my mother or I would shower, the drain would labor to drain the water out.
The shower gel & conditioner needed to be replaced almost immediately. I had to ask the front desk to send a staff member to replace the ones in our bathroom because it had not been done beforehand.
There were obvious signs of mildew/mold on the sides of the shower walls & water damage hidden behind curtains on the ceiling.
No staff came to offer assistance with our luggage at check-in or check-out.

Rooms were spacious , good room service
Only one washing machine, someone were taking out our cloths as we reached the laundry (not even a minute late). The room had carpet parapet which was not clean

This hotel was very nice, clean and the location was very convenient near the freeway. We wanted to stay at a comfortable place near Sequoia National Park and it was perfect. The staff was very nice and available to us when we needed things. They came very quickly and we didn't have to wait long for extra towels or blankets during our stay.
The room was understocked. I had to request extra towls and toilet paper. The bathroom only had 2 towels for a family of 3. The pull out couch didn't come with sheets or a blanket so I had to call at night to request them. I reccomend requesting before staying here.

As a Marriott Rewards customer I hope my points were added to my account. The room was great and the bed comfy.
Would like to see the cost a little lower especially for your rewards members.

I liked the cleanliness and accessibility
The channels on the tv didn’t work and when I called the front lobby they didn’t know how to help or Rectify the matter. I was really disappointed

Quiet well appointed. Good staff. A good place to stay for accessing Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Convenient to main highways.
Take out paper coffee cups used in the rooms. Ceramic mugs are much better.
