Staff at check in was very courteous and helpful. Room was very clean. Like the little snack bar. Check out was very easy.

Housekeeping:
Housekeeper "came in" on 2rd morning of stay (Sunday; we checked in Friday afternoon), but did not take the used towels or bring fresh towels.
Housekeeping did not make the beds when they did come in. We initially thought they did not service the room, but we noticed the 3 emptied small trash cans & new tissue box. The staff did not put the plastic trash bags into the emptied cans, just layed them on the rim (so we did it).
Housekeeping also did not leave another roll of toilet paper in the bathroom (we only had 1 roll in the room on Sunday morning of the stay).
After our arrival back to the room Sunday night, I went down to the front desk & requested fresh towels & a roll of t.p (to last thru our stay; Wed checkout) & was accommodated.
Lastly, the long wall mirror between the bathroom door & sink was not wiped clean. When laying in the bed directly across from the mirror, I continued to notice 3 smudges (which indicated it had not had a swipe with windex/cleaner).

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good and the variety of food was nice. If you wanted eggs, bacon/sausage or fruit and yogurt they had it all. The location of the hotel is convenient . I could walk to the restaurants and shops.
There was only one thing that bothered me. The drain in the tub was slow when taking a shower. I turned in a maintenance ticket when I checked out.

Breakfast was good. One (and only one) desk clerk (Ketesha) provided customer service as if she actually cared…others (especially the Assistant General Manager) were very indifferent to our NEEDS.
False advertisement. After much research among MANY hotels to find 2 handicap accessible rooms to accommodate myself and my family of 6 (both my father and I have mobility issues requiring toilet rails and walk in showers). We arrived after 12 hours of travel to rooms that were NOT suites and without the sofa beds that we needed. The manager quite callously told us that THEIR handicap rooms did not include sofa beds. When my mother showed her the confirmation that stated handicap accessible with sofa bed, the manager repeated (with a smile, as though amused) we don’t have that, and made no offer of alternatives. Fortunately the desk clerk was concerned for our distress of how we would accommodate our large party. She ran thru hotel looking for other rooms…eventually we had to settle for a regular “suite” with sofa beds…but no rails or walk-in shower (safety hazard for patients with hip and knee injuries, but who cares). The next morning, my niece woke up with a ROACH in her bed. Staff came to spray but did not change the linens until we demanded. After 2 mornings without housekeeping coming into the rooms, we learned you have to REQUEST cleaning services and replacement towels. Would NEVER stay here or any Spring Hill “Suites” again.

staff (Jessica) was wonderful. gym, pool, facilities were top notch and breakfast was a full hot buffet that was absolutely scrumptious. would definitely stay there again.
it was difficult to find. a small access rd between longhorn and five guys was easily overlooked and had to call the desk (Jessica) for help. Now, only serious negative was our room smelled like dog. no pets allowed but service dogs are and one was obviously in that room. we got used to it in a few minutes but I could actually smell it in my c-pap when I got back home. Other than that if I could take that motel (minus the dog smell) with me every time I went somewhere I would be just fine.

The room was gorgeous and spacious! I loved the sitting area w/ the pull-out sofa and desk. The tables fit right under the couch for easy access. The TV was easy to use. The bar, closet, and bathroom were all great and very clean. The pillows were AWESOME!! The biscuits at breakfast were light and fluffy, and the coffee was perfect.
Very friendly hosts & clean, beautiful lobby.
Very minor improvements in a few areas: the bed was too firm for my liking, the curtains had weird stains on them, and some cracked tile in the shower. None of which detracted from our stay, really- just could be addressed for future guests.
Also, the eggs at breakfast seemed poured out of a pre-mixed carton - not yummy, but edible.

Nice sized room. Decent breakfast. Staff was very friendly.
Hotel was a little hard to find (probably due to local sign ordinances). Bed was very uncomfortable. My husband and I had to sleep on opposite edges to keep from sinking in the middle.
