Basketball court

I didn’t like the pool being closed after Labor Day but that not being stated on the website. I also suggest the pool stay open until October this is Michigan and September still have really hot days

This place is basically a dump, not befitting of the Marriott brand, which we relied upon when we booked the hotel. 1 coffee cup in the room. 3 pumps in the shower for soap, shampoo. conditioner- non worked. Not a good moment to find this out. This entire facility is poorly maintained and very tired. When we returned to the motel last evening, the sign was dark. Also, not good as this motel is behind another one and not so visible from the road, even in daytime. The bed was clean and comfortable however. Whew!

Marriott should 'discard' this property from its portfolio. It is just plain rundown.

overall a good stay and a good location definitely did the job

i loved the area and the way the rooms are set up

wasn’t very clean, no sheets or pillows for pullout couch. covers had stains on them.

Not clean , not properly stocked with essential items

Location is good and it’s a spacious room,

It was dirty. Definitely needed to be vacuumed, there was still garbage in the room ( ice cap,vape pen, and sucker wrappers) , when we got there the heat was off and took two hours and turning on the oven to make it warm. The shower and bathroom had no soap or shampoo left in the bottles .

Won’t be back

The fitness room was very nice and I was happy with that!

The room was ultimately not clean in my opinion or well kept. Things were clearly dirty and we found hairs in it upon arrival which was gross. All the surfaces appeared dirty and were sticky. Our kids were also super disappointed because we told them they could go swimming there but once we got there, the pool was down. I wish someone would have called us prior to making our drive of 1.5 hours so we could have stayed elsewhere. Overall disappointing and won’t go back.

Great value close to Detroit

The room was a very good size and was clean. Friendly very helpful staff.

AC is very loud, which I didn't mind because I usually sleep with a loud fan on but some might not enjoy that.

Location was ok

there were dead bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. there was old food on the kitchen floor under the cabinet. the carpet didn't look clean and the poor ventilation caused me to have an asthma attack which I had not experienced in years. needless to say I got no sleep because I could barely breathe, the person upstairs walked back and forth literally allllll night until 5 am and the pillows were so little like they took a king size pillow and cut it into three squares. I was unaware of the $12 parking fee which made no sense as this was not a resort nor a location with limited parking like Chicago or New York.

Disappointing for a Marriott hotel.

Staff was friendly, easy check-in. Location was close to where we needed to stay. Front desk person was receptive to our issues when we spoke the next day and offered a discount on the room.

1) bed seemed to be a double sized Bed, not queen 2) smokiest room I’ve EVER stayed in. Clothes smelled after our one night stay. 3) ozone generator was running in our room. We didn’t realize that we shouldn’t be in the room with it running until a few hours into our stay (we thought it might be an air purifier since it smelled so badly in our room). After later googling what the machine was for we unplugged it.
