Very bad place

Nothing just bad I wouldn't recommend no one staying there

Nothing n I won't be back they false advertising the rooms are not what u see the pool was so dirty I run from it n it smells bad

The beds sheets were dirty, the room was dusty, the window glass were broken, pillow case had stains, chairs are old and nasty

Absolutely disgusting. Bugs infected everywhere! Disrespectful staff. All around horrible

Nothing.... Thought staff would help and was promised things to stay longer... In what? 6-8 days???!!!! Never seen a manager once!!!!! One employee said the manager would be there 2 days later and is a nice guy and would prob give me a full refund, so if I got 2 more nights, instead of going to another motel, I could speak with him in person.... Then later another employee told me the manager wouldn't be in for another 4 days and that he prob won't give us a refund. We were conned by his staff. Promised a 3rd really clean room, away from the 2 rooms we were given and we're never moved. The cleaniness and noise, the cold pool... Read below and I have more pictures as well And under our microwave we found 1/4 inch thick of sticky stuff, I couldn't even worse it away with baby wipes... And found both dead and alive roaches, ones I had to chase down

We moved rooms and they had roaches, both rooms looked disgusting. Cobwebs, dust, sticky stuff on almost every single table, dresser, TV, the pictures, the walls, they put us in a room where the electric was faulty and the sliding glass door was extremely hard to get open, it took 2 of us and grabbing the bottom of it to get it open a foot, there were roaches, which unfortunately we found on our 5th day, my kids had to use my mobile hotspot, because the Internet wouldn't work. The noise from both rooms we had of other people arguing. I reported this to the maintenance man, and 2 different front desks guys. I even got 2 more nights, because I was promised the manager would be there to speak to, and then found out I was lied to. They wouldn't call him either. The door and faulty wiring are a fire hazard. If a fire would've started in the 2nd room we moved to, room 123, idk what would've happened. We also asked 2 of the employees to switch to a 3rd room that didn't have sticky stuff all over it attracting roaches, which we were promised and never given. Originally, the first room was gross, so we moved, only to find more filth, and even worse conditions. My son and I caught covid there. I have extremely bad lungs and we complained about the fire escape route and faulty electric, only to be told that the hotel is 40 yrs old. Told them about roaches, they acted like they didn't know, but before we left, I heard others complain to the staff about it also. He tried to keep others out of the lobby while dealing with this guest. Their breakfast consisted of bread, cinnamon bread and cereal, and our 2nd room didn't even have a coffee maker, not that we would've used it. Our shower curtain rod was coming out of the walls and was unable to hang, we had to shower at my nephew's house. The toilet looked like it was never cleaned. They had the cheapest toilet paper ever.

half of the lights did not work in the room the vent fan in the bathroom didn’t work so I fixed it so it worked. the bathroom room was damaged and crappy repair that didn’t even cover the whole hole. the tv was old and didn’t have a hdmi or usb hookup, my phone charger plugs would barely stay in the plug.

The room was not clean as expected; The Internet was not working; The Bathtub water had a very slow drain; the Sitting chair and night lamp were very old and damaged; The Breakfast had very limited items. Overall, the facility was very poor against the paid amount. This is one of the worst experiences I've had compared to my other stays in hotels/motels.
