Not the best but that’s why you get for $85

Rooms were dirty, there was no broom or vacuum to clean up, the bathroom was gross, hair on the shower walls, the pool/hot tub closes too early and does not open early enough

The manager, Jol or Joel, repeatedly threatened us, saying, "I will kick you out!"

The worst motel I've ever stayed.

I saw several cockroaches in the room, including on the pillows and bed. There was dog feces outside the door and dog food in the hallway. I caught one of the cockroaches and reported it to the front desk. The staff informed me that the manager was not available but that they had made a note and would contact me. I waited for a day, but no one reached out. This is the most disappointing experience I’ve had at a motel, with cleanliness issues and a lack of responsive service. I am concerned about the standards being maintained at this property and hope that Motel 6 headquarters will address this matter appropriately.

Sewage and mold?

The property is close to 101 freeway and there are plenty of restaurants close by.

Big health hazards.....I had sewage water and human waste coming out of my sink and when they put me in a diferent room you couldn't scape the smell of mold and the humidity because of it.....a very bad experience. I don't like to write reviews but I felt that this was a must when it has to do with someone's health and the hotel did nothing about it.....disappointing.

Kinda like a dormitory. 1 wooden chair, a tiny table with no lamp. Only 1 washcloth. Bathtub plug was sealed off. A good hot bath sounded good, but....

Reicht gut zum Schlafen, nicht so gut für einen richtigen Aufenthalt.

Sehr laute Aufzugs- und Türgerausche (von der Eingangtür zum Gebäude) Keine Mikrowelle bzw. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer (es gibt aber Kaffee im Empfangsbreich, der ist nur ziemlich weit entfernt)

Philip non è stato molto cortese, non parlo bene l’inglese, con calma e pazienza però si fa tutto 😉 Una delle due carte consegnate non ha mai funzionato. Chiedendo tramite agenzia durante la prenotazione se era presente una Laundry la risposta è stata: Please be aware that some hotel services or amenities, potentially including lobby coffee service and/or pool availability, may be disrupted while we work to support our guests and team members during the COVID-19 outbreak. All guests are encouraged to bring their own personal sanitizers and health items, pending continued shortfalls of available supplies. Please contact the hotel directly should you have any questions relating to your stay. Poco senso con la mia richiesta. Dunque gli ho riscritto per capire se c’era o meno una lavanderia automatica senza più ricevere risposta.. In short, totally worth it. Would stay there again.

2 things I liked. One, the price for the quality of the room I stayed in. Two, the place was pet friendly. My dogs enjoyed themselves.

The room looked clean at first glance but you could tell certain things were unclean. Primarily the floor. Nice hardwood floor, but still quite dirty. But not a deal breaker.

Good for the meetings, but would have preferred it to be cleaner.

Room was decent and enough space to take zoom meeting. Good WiFi. Quiet location as A building did not having banging doors. House keeper did not knock as asked not to be disturbed for meetings.

Unlike first time, floor was visible dirty with either plaster or small pebbles on the wooden floor. Walk around without shoes, but socks, still had sharp pebbles hurt when walking around. Left a piece on the comment card.

Breakfast? Location is very good and convenient.

That week I stayed there a total of 3 days and the 1st night their was loud noises from partiers which happens of course. It's just that they happened to stay in the same floor across the hall. Other than that it was nice.

Good price for quality.

Clean, close to highway

Windows has 0 noise reduction. Windows were facing backyard and when people walk by talking it sounds like they’re inside your room. Woke up us several times at night.

Clean and good location next to freeway, helpful staff

No microwave or refrigerator in room or too far away from room to be useful. Also needed coins and or dollar bills to get coins in order to wash laundry.

Very good

The room was spacious and comfortable. The room had a microwave and fridge and a coffee machine. The TV worked well and was well placed in the room.

The "kitchenette" had a stove top but it did not work. I had to buy plate and cutlery, which should ideally have been provided in the room. There was complimentary coffee but no tea. There should have been more information provided regarding services available to guests, e.g. laundry etc.

Staff was great but the district manager got to go

I have 2 service dogs when my husband was getting me from work, because we are pregnant and homeless. They locked us out the room I went to see what was going on when I said my room Joel (district manager) repeat my room number and said my dogs (service) got out and went bathroom every. I checked my cameras and saw that the house keeper was the one who went in we had the tv on to defuse the noise because construction workers and volleyball team kids were in he call my dogs aggressive and that they need to be attended at all times. Thinking it was a warning I came in to check in for another day and they told me he band me from getting a room there. Most definitely feel discriminated.
