Gross!!!!!

The website indicated some renovations yet when we arrived the whole hotel was being renovated and our room was horrid the toilet didn't flush, the smell of the room was disgusting, and I woke up with bed bug bites!!! I believe I deserve a refund this place wasn't worth the money spent.

Wait & see

Location. Unfortunately terrible sleeping. Staff tried to solve problem. Before this owner, never any problem. Stayed many times before. It was beautiful then. Now turning it into more "modern" with small lobby. Taking out ballroom floor & big windows for more rooms.

Walls too thin on old side. Heard television until 3 am when I called down. Neighboring room turned it off; then heard snoring. Horrible night sleeping. Toilet extremely low to ground. Room across had dog barking. It is under renovation so it should be good once done. My problem happened on week-end. They have signs up about noise on weekdays.

Will stay again

Loved the kitchenette. The coffee maker had a bent lid so couldn't use it but they had fresh coffee in the lobby. Even with construction it was nicer than many other hotels we have visited.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. Could use new beds.

I needed a place to sleep at a good value, and this place delivered.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and well-prepared for my visit.

The entire facility is undergoing a re-model. The lobby was covered in sheet rock dust and I had to walk a long hallway that was covered in plastic sheeting. When other rooms turned their water on, it was very loud in my room.

Happy with the size of room but rest of hotel was under construction and was a mess.

Not sure if there was a breakfast the desk clerk made no mention. Again the hotel was under renovation so this may not have been available at this time.

It had snowed and nobody cleared the sidewalk. They seemed to be using the renovation going on as a reason not to maintain lobby area and rest of hotel. Checking in the desk clerk had to phone someone on how to do the check in. The water to the toilet had been turned off. After I open valved it was obvious the toilet would continue to run unless you jiggle the handle just right to get the flapper close correctly. The hot/cold water in the shower was backwards. If you turned the control to warm shower you got cold water and turned back to cold you would get hot water. Did not see any vending/ice machines. The room itself was fine, stayed two nights without any housekeeping service.

Disappointing

Quick check in, and supplied the bare minimum of a place to stay.

Brown stains on the walls in bathroom, cracks in the floor, you could hear everything when people decided to move around. The price tag of 70 bucks for a 30-40 dollar it needs to be.

Interested to see when remodeling is completed.

Clean room, AC worked, and shower was clean and had plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and professional.

The construction on the other end of the building and the lobby. Only had coffee, but the room & staff were excellent.

Frustrating and disappointing

The location is great

The whole complex is under construction and no facilities are available (this wasn’t noted during booking). No breakfast or even toiletries are available! How they think they can do business during this time is beyond comprehension!

Okay but slightly disappointing.

The hotel was being remodeled. This made it less than normal. Room was good and comfortable. Few amenities. The site had said the hotel had breakfast. There was no breakfast, perhaps because of the remodeling. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Staff made very little effort to interact with guests. It was close to where I needed to be the next day, easy to find and quiet.

Need to clarify whether they serve breakfast. Maybe much different when remodeling finished.

Exceptional

They were in the middle of remodel, place was looking nice. Everything rooms, halls, floors, counters were super clean and the staff were friendly. Rooms were very large! We were in town for a ball tournament, hotel was within 3 mins of the fields. We pulled our little trailer and the staff informed us where we could park on cameras so the trailer was on camera.

There wasn't anything we didnt like it met our needs.

Run away and find a different place to stay!!

The location was close to where I was working. That’s all.

The building was under renovation so there was noise, dust and solvent smells. My room had supposedly been finished but the phone, microwave, and constantly flushing toilet and sagging beds said otherwise. The wifi was intermittent at best. The Indian staff seemed to not understand when I asked for things to be fixed. They were constantly playing on their phones instead of working. The microwave was finally replaced 2 days into my weekend stay. I was also charged more than the booking website and they said it was fixed and couldn’t be changed.
