Clean but still under renovation

Clean and newly renovated rooms, has fridge and microwave and big mirrors

No deadbolt on doors and elevator wasn’t working during our stay and our injured fried had to use the stairs for three floors

been going there for many years, but it’s gone down, the mattress was old and sagging in the middle, stayed 2 nights and we were there working and slept terribly, actually I will never stay there again. really bad

Good value but be prepared to sanitize the room yourself.

Good location about 30 minutes from Universal. The room looked like it had been recently updated and had a good air conditioner. The mattress was clean and comfortable and everything was mostly quiet. The employee at the desk was friendly and seemed humble. Parking is downstairs in a little parking garage but was easily accessible.

It looks mostly clean, but you start noticing things. They’re in the middle of a renovation but that’s no excuse for not vacuuming and cleaning hallway and stairway carpets, or not cleaning paint off the brightwork in the bathroom, or leaving wires hanging out of the bathroom fan. Fingerprints on the toilet lever and sink which tells me they weren’t wiped down. Graffiti etched into the mirror in the room. Remodel on the room looked good mostly but the tile work was done wrong in the bathroom. Looked like a DIY fixer that didn’t have the right experience (soap alcove wasn’t sloped to allow water to drain into the tub; water pooled in the back which explains the silicone mold and wear). Floors didn’t look like they were swept or mopped. Residue that looked like someone sneezed a bit of tuna on the wall in the shower. Hairs in the spa tub that I had to clean out. Tub floor looked dirty/stained with paint and just old wear.

I liked the hotel you sold me. Quite Satisfied. Look below for how you stole money from me. I also paid you $146. for my car rental, which was closed.

You sold me a car rental for $146. with NuCar. I arrived at 10:20 and the car desk closed at 5 PM - LEAVING ME STRANDED I have over 5K contacts on facebook and as many on LinkedIn. I'm warning everyone.

Rooms ok, staff was good. But over all appearance look rough.,

The room was not in Bad shape, still need some care in the bath Room.

The Carpet in the Main aera and hall ways needs to be updated. It realy give a bad vibe to the stay. The Sheets were over bleached and your could smell the bleach.

Pleasant

Comfortable bedding and pillows.....room temperature can be set for your pleasing. Nice and large size room & Tv with microwave and tiny frig for your convenience. A plus was free parking.

Carpet through-out the property was extremely dirty.. Walls are very thin, so you can hear everyone conversation. I usually do a powerwalk after work.. I didn't feel safe walking around that neighbor.

don’t think we would stay again but for the cost the rooms were ok

it was nice that it was only a short distance to get anywhere. the desk staff were nice about accommodating us for our 2nd room that we booked for the 2nd night

all the rooms could only be accessed from the inside & the parking was a small area with very small spots that were hard to get into furniture had a lot of stains on it

Exceptional

The beds were super comfy like sleeping on a cloud. And the staff is down to earth and reasonable without any ulterior motive but to make sure you are checked in and left to your own devices. Privacy is major with me . Thanks Rodeway me and my boyfriend enjoyed ourselves that night.
