Nice place in central Pasadena with good parking

I will never stay at a Travel Lodge again!!! Health Department needs to inspect!

Friendly Front Desk person. Easy parking.

Very dirty. The filters in the air conditioner unit were 1" packed with dust, I cleaned them myself...There was visible human hair on the bathroom floor. The toilet seat was not bolted down on one side so very loose. Pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable, cheap and only 3 pillows for a king size bed. To sum it up the place needs updating, TLC and supervised cleaning. I was only staying 1 night and was not using the room other than to sleep, I dicided not to use the shower. Luckily I travel with clorox wipes, so I spend about 15 minutes wiping down what I could when I arrived. I've stayed in cleaner places in 3rd world countries. This place needs to be inspected by the Health Department.

Excellent and Memorable Experience!

The customer service was Superb and my room was Extremely Clean and Extremely Comfortable. I will tell my family and friends that stay in near cities Eagle Rock, Glendale,Sun Valley and Pasadena. Thank you Travel Lodge for the Amazing welcome, stay and departure🌞💝

I just needed a place to sleep while I stayed in Pasadena. The Travelodge provided that place.

The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was just fine. The service desk manager was helpful and everything in the room was clean.

The bathroom was pretty old—clean but old.

Disappointing

I had to cancel the stay after one night because of so much noise from the next room and from front yard I couldn’t sleep and I should receive 2 nights price money back to me but I haven’t received it yet. I heard the owner told me he would contact booking. com and give me money back. Please work on that

Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good. Plenty of parking.

Other than the bed, the furniture was tired and well worn. Both our electronic keys did not work when we returned at night.

A comfortable experience for an accesible price

I booked this place for being so close to the Rosebowl and let me tell you that the hotel exceeded my expectations. Pretty quiet at any time, familiar environment, bed and pillows were VERY COMFORTABLE, sheets and towels clean, the room was very clean and spacious. The staff was awesome, so helpful and nice. The hotel is located exactly at one of the main streets of Pasadena so the bus stop is right outside the hotel and the metro station is just a couple of blocks. A delightful experience for a fair & accesible price, definitely I will come back.

I have no complaints this place is awesome.

Terrible

The manager Jay was so rude. I had my workers stay there and they were kept up all night by the neighbors. When I told Jay he called me a liar. I believe that he said this because my workers are Mexican. Jay is rude and in my opinion a racist. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Poor

The bathroom door was messed up . Mold was seen above the tub . Alot of noise at night. Looked like homeless people were staying there. Did not feel safe at night.

After the awful stay, room service was not available 24hours. We had to order extra sheets and do the change of bedding

nothing about this stay was pleasant.

rooms were not properly serviced, bedding still had evidence of previous occupants hair and other bodily fluids.

Overall the stay was comfortable and the staff are very friendly.

The location is conveniently close to surrounding stores and even to PCC.

My only complaint would be that the bed in room 309 must have bed bugs, because I woke up the next day with many bites on me.

This is the worst hotel experience we have ever had and was a disgrace to the Wyndham name.

Room was filthy. Carpet was disgusting. Lock on door was broken. Totally unsatisfactory.
