El agua no salía bien en la ducha , las toallas grandes son pequeñas para secarse el cuerpo , el sonido del aire acondicionado no dejo dormir , y las cortinas no era suficiente para que no pasara la luz

No variety in the breakfast.

The elevator wasn’t working I had visited in March and when I came back in May it still wasn’t working. I’ve always stayed in the Ruskin Inn when visiting family but these past stays the property has gone down in the sense of it looks cheap & not safe.

There’s nothing to like. We picked this property because they allowed dogs.
Room dirty. there was roaches, holes in the wall, as well as blood on the wall in the bathroom. The beds were super uncomfortable. I didn’t feel safe at this location or in the room. seems like more people are living here then staying for an overnight.

Updated flooring and paint was nice
Bathroom needs to be updated

We didn’t die on our night there, thankfully. It had a mini refrigerator and microwave though we didn’t use either.
The whole area felt unsafe but especially the parking lot of the hotel, which seemed to have no cameras or security. The elevator didn’t work so we had to take the creepy stairs. Our key cards didn’t work at first. In the room, decor was very outdated and it didn’t seem too clean. Paper thin walls, loud doors slamming on our floor all night long. Flickering lights, weird electrical issues. Think what you will if this but my ghost intuition went off immediately upon arrival. After some basic internet research it seems at least one person was murdered there. We barely got any sleep, the next day was rough. It’s pay by the hour motel quality at normal hotel prices. If I knew it’d be like that, especially traveling with my child, I’d have paid more for a different hotel.

Front desk personnel ok
Extremely dated, my wife wore a mask and slept with clothes on. Bathroom was cracking and we would not use shower. Breakfast was juice watered down and rubber eggs. We didn't know any other place but thankfully found Extended Stay next night.

location
look, cleanliness, upkeep, decor, overpriced for condition. needs serious upgrades.

The location was good
The elevator was broken. The room was dark and depressing. The beds were hard. The drawers had tons of water damage. The bathroom was nasty looking and possibly had mold in it. It smelled of smoke even though it was suppose to be nonsmoking. The breakfast was truly awful. The juices were extremely watered down.

People was very nice and gentil. Breakfast was good and enough
Towels, beds needs memory foam to be less hard especially if people in having a long distance travel. Pillows are flat. Sink’s handle was damaged.

I came to the area to visit an old friend. It was 2 miles from his house
I asked for a non smoking room with two full size beds and a folding bed. We were given a room on the third floor and told the elevator wasn't working. After carrying our luggage up three flights of stairs when we went into the room the strong smell of smoke and BO overwhelmed us. There was no window that opened. It was cleaned, but poorly vaccumed along the walls. The bathroom floor was dirty and it was appeared only wiped down. We had to go to Walmart and buy fabreeze and lysol. After paying just over $140 for 1 night i expect things to work and be clean, and a non smoking room should not smell like a hookah lounge/70's night club. I don't recommend staying here

The room was clean
People hanging in parking lot at night drinking mostly men. Someone was smoking Marijuana at the pool and parking lot every day they sat by our window that faces the pool and it was coming into our room from the a/c I spoke with the front desk about it and nothing was done I had to get air freshener for our room. I didn’t feel safe going to the parking lot to walk our dog. I also fell in the parking lot and busted my knee from a piece of iron coming from ground When I asked the desk clerk for bandages I was told they had none she did not feel concerned with my fall in the parking lot I would never stay there again

The rooms were clean but my tv was broken. even after reporting the issue i was still charged 300 dollara. The worker told me there werent any more rooms on the first floor. when i spoke with the manager mr patel, he told me that i was lying and that there were more rooms. The manager is very rude and did not want to hear me out about the broken tv
Too many unknown people walking around outside
