Pet unfriendly hotel.

We had to leave too early for breakfast. I did appreciate that hot coffee was available though we left very early. I left a sleep mask at the property and when I called to ask about it Nikki said she would mail it to me which was really nice and very much appreciated. Beds were comfortable.

Front desk staff told me my credit card was declined when I checked in. I called my credit card company immediately and was told there was no issue with my card. Curtains did not shut properly to keep light out so I had to use a food clip to keep them shut. Carpet was stained in several places. The dog fee was $75 per dog which was not clearly explained on the website unless you scroll very far down. The original statement mentions a $75 pet fee per stay so that is what I thought it was.

We will return for sure!

The rooms were well laid out and the suite was spacious. The cleaning and other staff generally, were excellent and friendly.

The carpet in our room had several significant stains near the middle of the room, that brought the tone of the room down. .

Great place to stay

Poppy was very nice looking clean front and back rooms were phenomenal. Clean bed was very comfortable.

The check in clerk was, not very friendly very rude at times just not a happy person

I will always stay there when in the area. Which is very often. I will not go anywhere else.

Breakfast and coffee was great as usual. The staff is the best. They are friendly and helpful. Location of hotel I'd perfect close to everything you may need.

It was close to everything

The front desk lady was very rude.my daughter and her really wanted to go swimming but they were to scared to swim because there a group of teenagers big very dice respectfully.My daughters are 13 years.

House work like I’m home

Location was generally clean

NO maid service!!!! Will not return because of this….so because we stayed three nights no maid service…I’m carting the dirty towels and garbage down to front desk!!! This no maid service policy is a bad policy

Miserable.

Nothing

When we arrived there was literal criminal activity going on. There was a drug deal sale in view in the parking lot, a hooker being solicited by a man, and a handful of drunk men standing outside of the bar next door. We did not get out of our car. Two minutes later the police arrived to address the issues. I was alone traveling with my fifteen year old daughter. We did not feel safe. We left and had to drive and find another hotel that was safe. We should have received a refund for our booking and we have not yet since we cancelled it.

Clean, quiet and competitively priced

Good night rate, quiet, clean, good beds, breakfast included.

This is tucked back into several closed businesses. The parking lots are overgrown and the first time driving in made me feel a little unsure. After staying and driving in and out, I feel it is a safe area.

It was ok and would go back again.

The breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean. The frig and space in it was nice. The breakfast staff were nice and provided what was needed or asked for. Asking for something at the front desk, the staff were nice and provided what was needed. The thermostat in room was easy to use. Parking was good.

I did not get a receipt when I checked out. I was very unhappy about that. The bed was hard and it was hard to regulate room temperature. Either would get too cold or stuffy. No extra blankets in room. The hotel was not easy to find. Had to use phone to find hotel. Need to provide better signage to find hotel.

location seemed not safe, abandon properties in front, hotel had a boarded up window and no designated driveway had to drive thru abandoned businesses.

It was hard to navigate how to get to the parking lot from the street. You have to go through empty store parking lots to get to their parking lot.

Good for the cost.

Location was good for our purpose. In good location for access to food and everything. Easy to enter and exit any direction on main road. Staff very helpful and accommodating to our extra asks.

Bathroom a bit small. Requested ground floor but wasn't placed on it. Parking lot a bit small.
